I highly recommend Elite construction. They just finished painting and repairing our house. Very happy with the end results. Josh and his team were very professional and you can't beat their prices.

Elite Construction showed up on time, and competently performed the contract as expected. Before requesting payment, their team reviewed the worksite, identified small issues that needed to be addressed and had the final repairs completed in a timely and professional manner. I was fully satisfied and happy to have worked with Elite.

Josh and his crew at Elite are top notch. We used them to demo and reconstruct our basement when we had to install a French drain. They worked with our tricky timeline and kept us updated every step of the way. We will absolutely be using them again when we are ready for our next big project.

We recently hired Josh and the Elite team to renovate our bathroom. They were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to improve my design ideas. Every question I had was answered promptly, and I felt well-informed at every stage of the project.  The attention to detail is evident in every corner of the bathroom, from the tile work to the installation of the fixtures.

I will start off with saying that everyone I spoke with was polite and professional but unfortunately, this just wasn’t a great experience. First off, if you want to know what’s going on with your project, expect to have to call them all the time as they won’t be calling you with updates. 90% of the time the only reason I knew what was going on was because I was calling them after not hearing from them in a little bit. I hired Elite to do flooring and new baseboards for my 230 square foot basement. I was told that this was going to be a two/three-day project and this stretched over a month, so I was out this space for an extended period. Initially, when we discussed the project, they explained how the work was going to be done, and I had some concerns of bubbling in the flooring, and they assured me that wouldn’t happen. Well, they came to do the flooring and there were bubbles everywhere. To their credit, they did agree to come fix it with no objection. After laying the floor the second time, it is better but still has some bubbles in areas. I was told as we walk on the flooring it will get better and from what I have gathered from other professionals that is only kind of true (it will correct some, but it won’t be magically perfect). I would say that the quality of work for the flooring is that of a homeowner doing it, not professional contractors. The baseboards were done well, and I have no complaints there. Overall, I think these are good people, but they were just horribly disorganized on this particular project. With that being said, I wouldn’t sign up for another flooring job with them but outside of that I would consider giving them a second chance.

Had Mike do electrical work in my house for the second time and was very happy again. I appreciate that he pays attention and notices things that I did not explicitly ask about. He not only does the work but also takes the time to explain when I ask him a question. What is more, he tells me about the easy (and cheap) solution to an issue that I just don't see as a lay person, rather than turning it into a bigger job for him. Very much appreciated.

Paragon Plumbing was excellent!! Very responsive, extremely helpful on the phone, they came out and diagnosed the problem, took time to explain everything to me, then gave me a price That I thought was fair.

My kitchen and bathroom was undergoing some renovations and I had hired a handyman recommended by a neighbor to save some money. He was excellent, when he showed up that is. We got all the work in the kitchen done but the bathroom was another story. I finally got sick of being unable to use my bathroom so I called some local plumbers. Paragon was the first ones that picked up. They came out the next day to check out the project and had it done within the week. I was happy to pay a little more for the work.

We bought a new home recently and have had Paragon Plumbing take care of a few projects for us. The latest issue that we encountered was a garbage disposal that wouldn’t work. Our technician, Cliff, took the time to diagnose the problem and try to repair the unit instead of immediately upselling us on a brand new one. He ended up having to replace it but we appreciated the effort. It’s nice to have a plumber nearby that is honest
