Constraction reviews in Smithfield, Rhode Island

Our condo association used Ferschke and we were really pleased. They did a variety of things; siding, snow removal, roof fixes, and estimates. These guys are great (and nice, too)!

Corey and Crew did a great job. They were prompt, friendly and executed their work like skilled professionals. Stripped the existing shingles to decking, new layer of 1/2" plywood, installed the GAF roof system in oyster grey, new lead flashing on the chimney and new gutters.
Their price was good.

The work they do is unbelievable! I am a landlord with 6 multi family houses and they did every house for me! If you have them do work for you you won't be sorry! They are very honest & they do great work! So hard to find a good contactor They are awesome!
Thank you
so much Frank!

I can't say enough about Vonsol Partners. They did a complete remodel of our basement adding a full bathroom, fully enclosed laundry room and a "man cave" complete with a game room. They were always very attentive and very responsive with any questions or ideas we had. The finished results of their work and attention to detail is something that is very hard to come by these days. We will be hiring them back for future projects.

Home inspection
Very nice, honest and professional very happy with the inspection he provided very thorough. I would recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Homefront Building Inspections. Rocco was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through every aspect of the inspection, explaining things clearly and making sure we fully understood the condition of the home.

What really stood out was how informative and patient he was—he didn’t rush through anything and made sure all of our questions were answered. On top of that, he provided helpful recommendations for future maintenance and potential improvements, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful home inspector, I highly recommend Homefront Home Inspections. Rocco goes above and beyond.

If I been a building inspection I know where I am going!

Rocco was professional and extremely informative. He took his time to explain everything he saw, answered all questions and was very personable. Would highly recommend !

Rocco was very knowledgeable and very prompt with his reports. We had a radon test done too...I highly recommend his services...If I could give 10 stars I would...Call Rocco you won't be disappointed!

Rocco Elgar, the owner of this business, did my inspection. I will say, with 100% confidence, I would recommend him to every home buyer/seller. He knows what he's doing and he looks for things that most forget exist. Very thorough in his inspection and he answers any questions with a response that is useful. He's reasonably priced, he knows his stuff, and he will make sure you are aware of any issues the home may have. He is worth every dollar he charges--if not more. I highly recommend making an appointment with him. He's punctual, professional, and polite. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows.

Homefront Building Inspections are responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly competent. I know when I introduce Homefront to my clients they will be treated with courtesy and respect, and they will receive an honest, detailed inspection report that they can rely upon. Having Rocco and Homefront as a resource is a plus in my real estate business.

I had a really great experience with Rocco from Homefront! He was very thorough in his inspection, and pointed out helpful home tips along the way. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Rocco Elgar was recommended to us for our new home inspection and we could not have been happier. He was quick, efficient and on time. During the inspection he walked us through concerning things that he saw and gave recommendations about what to do ourselves and when to hire professionals. He even gave us estimates on the spot. He made a potentially stressful part the home buying process go very smoothly. He also performed a radon test for us and was quick to send us the results.

One of the best home inspectors out there. You would be remised not to have Rocco as your home inspector for your next real estate purchase. He is detailed and will answer all your questions. Do yourself a favor, and hire Rocco from Homefront Inspections.

I'm a local general contractor here in RI. I also flip houses and a second set of eyes is always a plus. I have been using Rocco from homefront for close to 10 years now. He takes his craft very seriously and professional. I do not make an offer on a property without having Rocco do a full inspection. His service is worth ever penny for the piece of mind I receive

I personally have not had the pleasure of doing business with Rocco. However I have had in several occasions referred him out
What I can say is WOW .. the feedback from my friends has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Professional, detailed and diligent. In my book there is NO other Home inspector
