Zach was fabulous! He even went to the office to get me a air conditioning unit so I could breathe while waiting for my new air to be replaced on August 14th. You should be very proud to have him as a member of your Team!!!

I have used Carjon for service calls and now have an annual contract. All interactions have been prompt, courteous, and professional. My most recent annual service visit with Christina was the same. She answered all questions clearly and provided excellent and efficient service.

Carjon service is the best. The service person who does the yearly tuneup is very knowledgeable and professional. The service team who did some installation work for us were also very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend this company!

Great service, better than prompt! They came a day earlier than scheduled! Alex was knowledgeable and quickly repaired my unit. Explained what was wrong and how he fixed it... everyone i spoke with was courteous and helpful..... highly recommend them..💕

We had our annual air conditioning tune up/check up today. Having dealt with two other companies before let me just say that Carjon gets an A++ in ranking from us. Our technician was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered our questions and explained everything to us. So glad we made the change.

The service technician was on time, very courteous and quickly repaired the heating system. Overall a great experience.

Christina from Carjon came Friday morning to clean my wall air conditioner. She was very thorough cleaning the blades. When she was finished I told her the outside cable was leaking from above. She was able to fix the problem. My remote was hard to see. She mentioned
I could get one from Carjon.
She also told me that the fluid was not running fully & I would need to have it completely cleaned again. I will run it this summer & see how it goes.
Christina was very thorough, polite & answered all my questions . I was very pleased with her &
told her if I was giving her a review it would be A+.

Tyler B has been the technician that has come to my home the last few scheduled appointments. During the latest visit he quickly reviewed and troubleshot the issue I was having and correctly diagnosed it. That issue was resolved in that visit and I have not had an issue since. He provided a detailed explanation and was both professional and expedient.

Every single Carjon technician we have had so far over the last 15 years have been nothing but top notch and phenomenal!! They are all extremely knowledgeable, thorough, truly caring and professional. They go above and beyond to give you your money's worth and have always treated us they would their own family. Also, they take the time to explain everything and do the little things that matter. The office staff is always pleasant, friendly and very accommodating as well. Highly recommend Carjon for all your HVAC needs!!

We received quotes today for a new AC and furnace. Zack was very personable and professional. He was very thorough and answered all our questions.

Ben H. was our service representative today, July 24, 2025. He is excellent. We have 6 splits, and he spent almost 2 hours at our house servicing them and answered all of my questions. Carjon has terrific customer service. We have had our splits since 2018 and could not be more pleased.

Wonderful experience from working with Rob Lanni getting a quote, to scheduling HVAC installation, was a flawless process. The three installers were very professional. I highly recommend Carjon.

I needed to replace my thermostat, so I called Carjon, who have been servicing my heat and A/C for many years. They came and did the job with their customary efficiency and competence. Everything is working fine now.

The most recent visit by a Carjon service man proved to be perfect timing. Our heating system is running much better than ever.

My experience with Carjon was simply amazing. Setting up an appointment was smooth and stress free. The staff were incredibly friendly and you can tell they truly care about providing quality service. Alex and Sam arrived right at the scheduled time and were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely fast! The price was very reasonable and they were in and out in under 45 minutes! I recently had to replace my central air conditioner that was installed by CarJon in 1998. It was a Trane product and in all those years I never had a problem with the system. The install was done yesterday by three great technicians-Mo, Kevin and Gervin. They were on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon completion of the install Mo took the time to explain everything to me. The whole process was done professionally from beginning quote (Zack) to the install and my many questions to Lori. I would recommend CarJon to anyone looking for a new A/C UNIT.

Very satisfied with the service call I had with CARJON. The tech was very nice and explained everything and what was wrong and how to fix the issue. Glad it was a quick fix and nothing more serious. I would absolutely use them again if my system has more issues. I am on a service plan with them.

Had central air installed in my house today. These guys were great, very professional and meticulous. They had the floor covered where they would be walking as soon as they got there.
Answered all my questions, made sure I knew how the system worked before they left and every one of them had smiles on their faces. Great experience. They have earned my annual maintenance needs!! I would recommend them to everyone.
