Wesco oil says that customers come first but that seems To be the opposite of what the ladies say at the front desk Because we do not piss through oil because we have another form of heat, and our last purchase was in August they refused to service our boiler as well as deliver oil Because they consider us not active customers

Been customer for years.Called to get my furnace serviced. They said would not do it because have not gotten oil from them in awhile.Well they just lost a good customer will never deal with them again.

Westco Oil went above and beyond to deliver to us in a bomb cyclone when we were on Empty. When ever I see a Westco Oil truck I will always remember that feeling when I saw that truck driving in my driveway during the snow storm. They gave me peace of mind that my five children would be warm. So grateful for a company dedicated to caring for my family's needs. Praising God for Westco Oil.

We were looking for a new oil company for this winter, as we use separate companies for service and oil delivery. We figured we'd save ourselves some time and find a company that does both, but when we called, the person that we spoke with seemed to be annoyed and it seemed that we were inconveniencing them with questions. Customer service is everything and if the person answering your phone is rude to potential clients, you've got a problem. We decided to take our business elsewhere due to this conversation.

Wesco Oil has been a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service personnel are always courteous and the drivers are always polite and respectful. I would recommend them for all service needs.

They all seem to be stupid and not understand what you're talking about. Rush to get you off the phone. Don't pay online... waiting for the call back is a joke when they charge you and don't need all the oil to get my money refunded. I called and gave them my name and called me someone else's name. Which makes me worry that my refund could go to someone else's credit card. They don't listen. My boyfriend called and asked them a question about the tank and they were so stupid and kept giving other answers and of course rushing off the phone. Very disappointed with the company. Makes me question how people like them. I guess rudeness and stupidity is what people seem to like. I'll find another company to go through. Just hope I actually get refunded the oil $$ that they didn't put in my tank.

My wife called wesco this morning to let then know we were out of oil and arrange payment for service a man she spoke with belittled her to the point of crying we have been loyal with weson at 2 houses and over 20 years hope this is seen and other people realize how horrible this is

I have been using Wesco Oil for years, they are a very good provider. Their service is always prompt, their rates are very competitive and they are a full service provider. I don't usually review companies but these guys are great and worth doing business with!!

Have been super amazing, easily accommodating. Truthful company. They came out to help an issue when we did not have the service plan timely and friendly. We have worked with a few over the years. By far the least hassle upfront and honest. Will continue with them for many years.

Wesco has seriously been the best, easiest, and most dependable oil delivery service I've used. I'm new to having to remember to check how much oil I have left, and last year the DAY OF a major snow storm I woke up to a cold house, almost 6in. of snow already on the ground, and the snow was coming down HARD. I called Wesco and they told me they weren't sure if they could make it since they were already pulling trucks off the road due to bad road conditions, but directed me to get diesel for the night in case they couldn't make it. Well, before I could even finish tending to the kids & dog and finish getting dressed to go to the gas station, I heard the sound of what I thought was a plow...when I hear my kids screaming, "Mommy, it's the oil truck!" Lol...not even 20mins later. Just for that, they're a keeper for me!

Westco provided us with a price quote of $285.00 for a delivery of 7000 gallons of pool water after much discussion regarding the steep incline and location of our pool. Westco also pulled up a Google map of our property which showed the incline of the driveway, and the distance from the road to the pool. We were assured they could deliver the water and agreed on the price of the water at $285 and delivery date. On the day of delivery, 2 days prior to a pool party we are hosting, the truck driver calls from my home and informs me that it will be $400 now to deliver the water because they need to deliver the water from the road and he cannot get up my driveway. I explained to the driver we had this discussion prior to agreeing on price and he said that he talked to his boss and the price is now $400. I called the office and the receptionist informed me the use of additional hoses would be "extra" and $400 was the price now. I asked her to speak with the owner. He was very rude and told me "that's the way it is, take it or leave it!" I explained again we went in great detail when we called about the location of the pool. I mentioned we expect him to stand by the quote and it is our expectation that his employees are trained to give the correct information. He was very rude on the phone and told me he wasn't going to deliver the water and hung up.

We have used Wesco for years - they put up with our steep driveway without complaining and schedule around snowfall. Recent furnace replacement did not go as planned but they owned it and gave us a discount.

Called @7:30 pm on first cold night in Dec. My heat went off. I had to call back two hrs later. Gym said he was coming in th am 7:30..He never showed up. He called another person to do the service call because this person was closer to my home. He was a complete jerk. 1st guy. Problem was finally fixed. And they want to charge me $159 for a service call. My pipes were frozen because of this guy. He should be fired. They advertise 24/7 service calls..false advertising. I'm told to get an attorney. Also, I was just getting over covid, and have asthma, and froze that entire evening. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

They saved me today. I had already put an order with another company but they wouldn't deliver until midweek. I was afraid I was going to run out of oil tonight. I called about 10 companies before I got to Wesco. It was a no fuss transaction, and the price wasn't overly high either. Thanks for helping out.

customer service LIES used for two years at this address and 2 at a previous address in the same town and are told at 5 pm day before thanksgiving that they wont deliver to us because we are out of there service area when we have been using them for years and our town is on there map for service area. We ordered oil at 8:30 in the Morning and they waited till 5 pm to say they will only come out if we double the order knowing that most places are closed already for the holiday, Horrible company. Only good to come of this is we found another company that will deliver and they are almost 30 cents cheaper
