Reviews of local pros in Smithfield, Rhode Island

Excellent service. Excellent quality work. Excellent priced jobs.

Excellent work. Replaced skylights and roof. Easy to work with

Great experience a great contractor I would highly recommend

They do great work, Having a route for my roof.

I had a new roof and new skylights installed by this company. They returned because of a skylight leak, due to faulty install shortly after.

HOWEVER, I NOW HAVE SOMETHING FLAPPING ON THE ROOF (PROBABLY SHINGLES COMING OFF) AND THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE MESSAGES NOW FOR OVER 3 WEEKS! NOW THAT THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY, THEY PROVIDE N O FURTHER SERVICE FOR THEIR WORK. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Within a day Ferschke Construction viewed the issue in 98 degree heat and repaired a small hole in the soffit and reattached ty

Saved again by Ferschke Construction. I called about wind damage that needed repairing. I had an estimate and repair in 1 week. I will always call them first.

This is the third job they’ve done for us and everything is always great!

Cory from Ferschke Construction was very respectful and professional. Cory stayed within budget and was receptive to our attention to detail.

They were extremely professional and came back when something wasn’t quite right and diagnosed the problem.. highly recommend

Hands down best assessment of our roof, what was wrong, and how to make it right - we needed more ventilation. We went with Ferschke out of about 5 companies that looked at the job. Communication was great. I only recommend them to my family and friends.

Ferschke Construction Has taken care of the snow removal for our association for two years now and have been outstanding. They have also completed gutter repair and replacement work for several units and do a fantastic job.

They did a great job. The roof looks great. They also promised to come back and cut in thr penetrations for the vents. Full service!

Corey Ferschke was recommended to me by my sister. She gave his company (and him) glowing references for the work they did for her. I agree totally with her opinion and assessment. Corey is very professional. He shows up when he says he will (usually early). His work is top notch. He has done a roof with gutters and downspouts. He will also be doing another roof as well as full set of windows and front and rear exterior doors. I highly recommend his work.

Ferschke Construction came highly recommended for replacing our roof shingles. They responded immediately when I first contacted them, and followed through quickly with an appointment to look at the job. Our property manager looked at the plan and costs, and confirmed the quote met industry standards. A Dumpster and materials were delivered exactly as scheduled. On the day of the job, the team, supervised by a manager on the ground, put a protective covering over all surrounding landscaping. They worked safely and efficiently to complete the job. And the site was throughly cleaned afterward. We were very happy with the work.

Our condo association used Ferschke and we were really pleased. They did a variety of things; siding, snow removal, roof fixes, and estimates. These guys are great (and nice, too)!

Corey and Crew did a great job. They were prompt, friendly and executed their work like skilled professionals. Stripped the existing shingles to decking, new layer of 1/2" plywood, installed the GAF roof system in oyster grey, new lead flashing on the chimney and new gutters.
Their price was good.

The work they do is unbelievable! I am a landlord with 6 multi family houses and they did every house for me! If you have them do work for you you won't be sorry! They are very honest & they do great work! So hard to find a good contactor They are awesome!
Thank you
so much Frank!

Friendly knowledgeable great customer service. She reached out when she arrived and asked about my concerns and was attentive to the garden and the well and what she was actually spraying on the lawn.

The grass looks great so far!

Great to have Steve of Mission Green apply the important spring treatment for my lawn. Can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks.
