Window Installation reviews in Smithfield, Rhode Island

We got all new windows in our house today by The Window Source and I gotta say, the team showed up when they said they would and took exactly as long as they said they would and left the house in great condition (as in didn’t leave a mess behind). They were professional, kind, and clearly very experienced. Within an hour of them leaving our house feels cooler and quieter. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend. Great local company. Great local service.

1/23/2026 Bob and his crew did an excellent job installing our new windows. We had a HUGE 5-paned bay window replaced, a 4-paned bay window replaced with 3-doubled hung windows, and a 3-paned crank out window replaced with 3-double hung windows. They all look beautiful. Bob and his crew worked together seamlessly and left everything neat and clean, inside and outside. Thank you so much! Tom & Wenda

Bob and crew from Window Source were great to deal with and were a well orchestrated team. They did an excellent and efficient installation job and were courteous, clean and informative in showing the operation of the new windows. Everything was done right with no issues and we would highly recommend Bob and his crew to others!

We recently had all the windows in our home replaced by Window Source RI, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The quality of the windows themselves is outstanding, but what truly set this company apart was the incredible installation team led by Bob.

Bob and his crew were the definition of professionalism. They arrived on time each day, communicated clearly about the process, and treated our home with genuine care and respect. It’s not often you come across a team that is not only highly skilled, but also so friendly and easy to work with. They made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and even enjoyable.

Their attention to detail was especially impressive. Every window was installed with precision, and they took the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned, sealed, and finished. They didn’t rush the job—instead, they focused on doing it right. You could tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result.

Customer service was top-notch throughout the entire process. Bob and his crew were always happy to answer questions, explain what they were doing, and make sure we were completely satisfied at every step. They also left our home spotless at the end of each day, which we really appreciated.

If you’re considering replacing your windows, I can’t recommend Window Source RI highly enough—especially if you have the chance to work with Bob and his team. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to excellence truly make them stand out.

Window Source was a great experience. Replaced 9 windows. Very professional, and polite. Job was done in a day. Reviewed the particulars of the new windows. Explained paperwork on windows guarantee. No mess left. Cleaned everything up and took away.

Great people to work with. We went through Mass save and they were very patient and understanding and made it happen for us, including applying for the rebates afterwards. Bob and his team installed our windows( 12 bedroom windows) and they we on time, fast and efficient. They even kept an eye on my cats, who escaped the room I had them locked in and let me know right away. Really kind and wonderful people; decent prices and quality work. We know who to call for our next set of windows we need to replace.

I had the Window Source install six basement windows for me, five hoppers and one dryer vent. Kevin and Cappy showed up on 7/1 as scheduled. They both did a beautiful job and were very personable. The dryer vent was a little too big, so a new one was ordered. Bobby and his crew showed up on 8/21, right on time to install the new one. They did a great job, and also were nice to talk to. Glad I had the Window Source install the windows for me. If the windows perform for me over the years as well as the installation went, I’m a happy camper. Highly recommend to friends and family!

I ordered a new slider and kitchen window. So pleased with my new windows! Anthony was wonderful to work with! Honest, didn’t feel scammed or pressured. Joe and Freddy did an amazing job with the installation!! Great team, great product!
