I tend to ask a lot of questions, and every one was answered in a timely manor. AJ came to do a sales/evaluation call at my condo, and was super knowledgeable. I had to get approval from the Condo Association, and we were able to map out where everything would be. I was given a quote very quickly, and was able to apply for financing just as quick. My experience with Vortech HVAC was seamless from the start. AJ was prompt and professional with quote. The 2 day installation of my new boiler and hot water heater was right on schedule and and had no complications with Hunter as lead technician. Using a small local business means a lot to me in that they are accessible if I need them and stand behind their work. Very pleased!
