Do not give this company your social security number, they will hold you hostage, charge you 2$ more a gallon than the going rate, and lie to you about everything.

No heat issue fixed within 2 hours of calling them. Great service.

Horrible. Don’t use. They don’t know how to communicate with each other and they install things you don’t actually need and charge you for it.

Call at 8:00 am to set up a service plan and oil deliver plan the had a technician at my my home by noon. AWESOME customer service

Everyone was very professional. The people who installed our new oil tank were knowledgeable hard working and very nice.

I asked for plumber to come to do an important job the gave me a window they should have called me when they were on their way. Instead he called me when leaving I called office twice for him to come back never heard back

Do not trust these guys! Handled an extremely poor experience for my boss. Communication with manager was poor, he was rude. Family with 2 children went without heat for over 2 weeks due. Please beware this company no matter how professional the phone reps sound, does not care about their customers!

We had a guy named Dave Blanchard from Petro come out and fix a complicated heating problem on a Saturday at our place in Tiverton, RI. I couldn't imagine a more perfect person for this job. He was confident, funny, efficient, knowledgeable, and got our heat back up. We changed from Petro at our home in Newton, MA for problems we had, but in the Tiverton, RI area, we couldn't be more pleased. I jokingly told Dave he was a genius. He said he wouldn't go that far. :)

My tennant called at 2:30 pm to day she had no heat or hot water. I went there and saw water under the furnace. Called petro in tiverton. I scheduled for 8am the next morning, but st 4:15 pm got a call from Paul .S. That he was on his way. Both tennant and I were so grateful. Paul arrived put us st ease, and had it fixed in an hour.
This is the best experience I have had with Petro. Thank you to Paul for seeing is on schedule and giving heat for the night.
