I just bought an area carpet from a remnant. I am very pleased with it. The quality is very good.The service was extremely good .It looks great and how I expected it to look. And the guidance I got from Jimmy Stuart associate was very helpful.

I’m very disappointed. I’ve used Jimmy Stuarts for many years and always had a good experience. Recently, I was scheduling my carpet cleaning and a future flooring install. The woman I scheduled with didn’t have time to schedule the flooring install because another customer walked in the store. When I inquired about pricing on the carpet cleaning I noticed it increased far too steep. I tried to explain what I paid in the past but the person through email didn’t care and quickly disregarded my concerns and seemed very happy to cancel my appointment. I requested her to share my message with the owner but I never heard back.

The cleaning of our rugs and upholstered furniture was exceptional. The technician cleaned two stains that previous other cleaning companies claimed “could not be removed” became they had become “ingrained”: an old rug stain (coffee) and gum from the family room sofa. We will definitely use Jimmy Stuart’s again!

Recently, Tom did a fantastic job with two area rugs that had some various pet stains.
(And Paul had delivered an area rug that needed on site cleaning).

I dropped off an 8x10 carpet to be cleaned. Upon picking it up, I must say that the job they did cleaning this carpet was amazing. It honestly looks much better than I ever it could like. Jimmy Stuart was amazing from start to finish. Thank you everyone who works there.

I had wanted to get my bedroom wall to wall carpeting cleaned for awhile but I had no idea who to get to do the job. I asked around and got several companies but decided to read reviews on the computer. I decided to have Jimmy Stuart’s as they were local and the reviews were very good. I called , had an appointment in just a few days. The technician arrived at 8 on the dot. He was polite and looked at both bedrooms. He went right to work and was finished within the hour. I pointed out some trouble spots but he assured me that they would be no problem to clean . The job was professionally performed and the carpets look brand new ! I highly recommend Jimmy Stuart’s and will have them back on a yearly basis.

This was my second time using Jimmy Stuart’s, My wall-to-wall carpeting occupies 50% of a 2800 sq ft condo, and it is 22 years old. The carpets look pristine, and although I was considering replacing the master bedroom carpet, I probably won’t for another year or so, because it looks so good! Thank you, highly recommend Jimmy Stuart’s. I am a West Bay client, did not consider any other, more nearby.

Moving to our home in Bristol 7 year ago we brought some treasured rugs out of storage and found Jimmy Stuart's.
They carefully helped bring those classic orientals back to life. That gained our appreciation and trust. Since then we've had the folks there come to our home to clean our wall to wall carpets in person every Spring.
