Today, August 30, 2021, while at the Grist Mill Restaurant eating lunch, I witnessed this company's worker knock over an American Flag in the gardens he was raking. He then raked over the flag and stepped on it and never picked it up and put it back in the ground. It was very disrespectful to our Country.

Chucky is a busy man but made time to come price a patio area for me. He was very professional when explaining certain issues to me concerning my land.
I decided to do my own landscaping in the end.

I called Chucky and had to wait a while before he could come evaluate my situation.
Upon agreeing on certain issues, he assure me he would contact me in a week with a price.
Well it's been over a month, and I have also left messages on his business phone. I haven't had any responses at all from him or his secretary. I decided to do the job myself.

At Oyster Point in Warren, an owner needed their walkway repaired. Staton's Landscaping did an extraordinary job from start to finish. Then we have April. April works in the office of Staton's Landscaping and trust me, if you desire the BEST customer service ever, you need to communicate with April, whether by phone, email, text, she is a GEM and boy does April know how to make folks happy. When I bought my home a few years ago, the previous owner had severely neglected the yard. Chuck Staton knew exactly what need to be done to restore it. He also designed and installed trees and shrubs that have made my yard the pride of the neighborhood. Chuck and his team are hard working, easy to work with, knowledgable, and honest. I cannot say enough about them. I'm exceptionally please with their work.
