After being screwed by All Appliance Repairmen, where I was overcharged and treated poorly from their employees, I called Rhody Appliance being that they are a Rhode Island Company. They were fantastic and the repair person, (first female repair person I have had over) took care of the diagnosis, went the extra mile for me knowing what I had been through this week. She was a lifesaver and thankfully I am back doing my laundry. I have a vendor to call in the future.

Jackie was able to come to repair my gas dryer within an hour. Fast and efficient, and what a great girl! Will be calling her again with any other repairs in the future.

Our washer seemingly died mid-cycle on a Sunday evening and after panicking for a moment, I reached out to Rhody Repair. Jackie replied within a matter of hours, came out to look at it on Monday morning, ordered the part needed, and had it fixed before noon on Wednesday. Jackie was great to work with, gave us a clear and accurate timeline, and even kept us posted when she'd be slightly delayed - no 4 hour windows just sitting around waiting!
