Jimmy and his team dont play around they get the job done right the first time, they are by far a 100% 5 star operation.

If this company cares as little as they do about how they drive I would not let them work on anything. I just watched one of the construction workers driving a red truck drive across four lanes of traffic without giving a care to anyone. At one point they were even driving the wrong way against traffic. Learn to drive learn to care obey traffic laws.

HD has to outsource the carpet install. First trip: 3 men came ripped up carpet & doors. Refused to install bc of wood floors underneath (I paid for pre- install inspection). They Walked off leaving doors piled up in main bath. Second trip: same 3 showed & walked again off bc (HD sent some temporary carpet pieces bc of my bare floors) & they refused to “ handle”. I called HD & installers refused to talk to the manager due to language barriers. Third trip: a professional installer did a great job but could not finish install of doors (carpet clearance great) bc first two install appts. destroyed/lost hardware. HD is at the mercy of this outsourced unprofessional & crippling association.
