General Contractor reviews in Warwick, Rhode Island

I reached out to Rouben for a shower remodel and to fix a plumbing issue. The team were great to work with - I'm glad with the end result. Communication was transparent and clear. A big shoutout to the team working on it as well: Mike, Chuck, Dan.

Rouben and his team did a great job with the 203k renovation. He handled many different tasks (roof, painting, and framing) well and completed them as efficiently as possible. Would recommend to others in need of similar work.

Contacted BuildPros for a project on a multi family house. Within a couple of day they were able to guide me on the right path and gave me a honest explanation of what was necessary. Rouben was knowledgeable and honest. That is all a customer could ask for on a project. Thank you!

Rouben is great!!!

High-quality work done quickly!

Had buildPROS replace a structural wall with a beam to expand our kitchen. The longest part of the process was waiting for permit approval. Booking them was painless and easy as they were responsive and great communicators.

buildPRO is a wonderful company. Their teamwork is admirable. The work was done sooner than expected. The owner was always available to communicate with me. Most importantly the results are beautiful. The value of my home has increased considerably. I felt as though I was a special client. Yet I have the feeling they make all customers feel special. I recommend buildPRO 100%!

I chose Buildpro after read all reviewing at google and yelp review. It end up very ugly. I was very disappointed to Rouben. I worked with this guy to permitting. He charged $1600 for only permitting, and additional one kitchen cabinet take out charged $800 and charged many small things in every steps. Floor plan has many mistakes. It updated several times, but still not correct. Once he received all the money, then he changed, and did not submit the floor plan for permitting, until I agree to pay more for additional works, which was not discussed at the beginning. He charge every small things expensive. Simple floor plan took 4 weeks, he said he will submit the city permit, then take all the money, then did not submit it and ask more money for additional works. I quit. I hire another GC to finish the work. Non responsive, Very unprofessional. Never want to work with this guy again

I Had a great experience dealing with Buildpros. I needed to find a general contractor right away because My offer to buy a house that require a rehab loan or (203k loan) was accepted but the bank only gives you a short time to have a detailed estimate and lots of paperwork from your license contractor, we contacted some general contractors before Ruben and had no luck hearing back from them and the few that responded only came to see the project and probably didn’t have the experience dealing with this type of loan, once I contacted Buildpros Ruben was very helpful and professional to complete all the paper work and bank requirements .As soon I the work started you could tell he has a great team ,they did a great job and and was completed on time had no issues communicating with Ruben he responded right away ,once the job was completed my wife and I were very satisfied with the finish work on whole project (bathroom and kitchen remodel, flooring, drywall replacement ,handrails ,furnace and central air) highly recommend Buildpros.

Rouben and his team recently finished a water damage repair (basement ceiling, exterior shingles, exterior insulation, etc) from a frozen pipe at my home and I couldn't be any happier with the results. I've used other contractors in the past who would provide lofty quotes and no clear breakdown of the scope of the work. Build Pros was transparent with their quotes and pricing and work to be preformed. They didn't just repair the issue, they worked to identify the root cause and made the necessary repairs to prevent future issues. Top notch work.

When we first started in Real Estate Investing we met Rouban and Build Pros at a Real Estate Investing Group. We needed some estimates done on properties that we were looking to purchase, we called Build Pros and to our surprise they came out and looked at our properties within a couple of day's. When they wrote up the repair estimate we could not believe how detailed it was, it included everything down to the hinges on the doors to the hardware on the cabinets. The best part is the software that they created can be changed at any time and updated with new material or changes being made throughout the project. If you are looking for a contractor that will take on a project from start to finish then BuildPros is that company.

Consultant came out, took pictures and videos of my basement stairwell which has become extremely dangerous that we need replaced. They said I would receive a quote within a couple of weeks. I followed up at the 4 week mark, they ghosted me and I never heard back :( now it’s been about two months.

Rouben and the build Pros team perform the significant renovation on our home in an effort to regain the value of our home. He was detailed and diligent from start to finish from the consultation all the way to the end execution. You really helped us too invest my money wisely in the things that mattered.

Our kitchen looks brand new and transformed. And the glazing process in the master bathroom added or renewed brightness to the entire space. His experience and love for what he does shows through his work. He was courteous and knowledgeable and easy to work with. We recommend BuildPros for your project.

We will give him 5 stars.

One recommendations for future clients is do some self-assessment on what you really want before you start the job. It will help you to guide and be involved in the collaboration and make the most out of the project.

buildPROS just completed roof work on my home in Providence. The house is a Greek Revival with an 1860's "redo" that changed the roof style. Time and this harsh winter had taken its toll, and Rouben Belagian/buildPROS came with strong recommendations that were substantiated by his professional approach and delivery of service. His attention to detail, to follow-up communications, and to follow-through with an excellent crew left me with confidence in work well done. His presentation regarding scope and outcomes for the work was meticulous, as was his oversight of the process and product.

I would highly recommend working with Rouben. He was very professional and his team did a great job. The work in our home was completed mostly by his carpenter John, but we also had other professionals of Reuben’s team work in our home. We were pleased with the work and professionalism.

Rouben and the buildPROS team is hands down a first class organization. I had an unfortunate water damage event at one of my rental properties and Rouben was incredibly responsive and creative to help me get my property restored quickly and professionaly. He was flexible working with me, my tenant and the insurance company to get the damage repaired in a timely and cost effective manner. I can say that because of his quick response and ability to think outside of the box, my property was restored to as good of shape, if not better, than how it was prior to the loss.

I highly recommend buildPros for any rehab or upgrade project that you may need or be considering.

The project we had commissioned with Rouben and his team was an egress window for my basement bedroom. Rouben and his team were very professional, they arrived on time, they cleaned up after themselves and the project was finished on budget. I am always skeptical when it comes to hiring contractors for projects but BuildPROS has changed my view on what a contractor should be. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend them, very high quality work you will not be disappointed!!

I had buildPros do my house siding a year or two before the covid quarantine. It has been several years now and I can attest to the quality of the work and so far everything has held up very well, and I expect it to continue to do so. Recently I had a question about something from that job and Rouben was right there, on the spot and took care of my worry quick like a bunny! I am very satisfied with this builder and would recommend him for any jobs you might need.

I used buildPROS to help with a kitchen remodel and general update of a house I bought in Providence. Rouben and his team, especially his expert carpenter, John, did an amazing job repurposing custom cabinetry from another kitchen to complete remake the kitchen in this house. With Rouben's advice, it was transformed from a non-functional 1960's kitchen with 1980's Pizza Hut-style accents into a modern, beautiful kitchen. His crew also helped to refurbish living space in the basement to make it bright and welcoming. I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the entire crew. Would definitely hire them again for future projects.

I had a great experience with the owner, Rouben, and his team. I found BuildPROS via a web search and reached out requesting quotes on several major projects at my parents home in Warwick. He responded within 24 hours and we made arrangements to meet at the house.

I walked him through the jobs we wanted done (new roof, new front porch, re-siding one side of the house and fixing all the rotting fascia). Rouben got back to me with estimates for all 3 jobs within a week. We discussed them over email a bit and then met in person to iron out some final details before I signed the contracts.

Throughout this entire process his communication was excellent. He would get back to me same-day about 99% of the time, but never more than 24 hours went by between an email/text I sent and a response.

On all 3 projects he delivered within 5% of his initial estimate. He provides quite detailed estimates up front, and any time his team hit a snag he came onsite to take a look at the issue and confer with me. For example, a few of the existing porch supports showed signs of rot, and all were missing joist hangers. He walked me through what he felt needed to be done quickly and quoted the additional amount (and also came in under his estimate on it) to address the issues to meet code.

His teams did excellent work on all 3 projects. It's a bit nerve-wracking when you hire someone to do major work on someone else's house using their money, but he made the whole process incredibly easy and the team did very, very high quality work. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and BuildPROS was worth every penny we spent. We plan to hire them for several additional projects at the house, and I'd recommend Rouben and his team with zero reservations.

I hired buildPROS for a 203k project 8 years ago, which was a very time and budget sensitive project. buildPROS did a great job for me start to finish and was able to complete the project on time and on budget. Since then I have used buildPROS for other projects around the house including HVAC and some construction consulting for my own DIY work. Plus I recommended buildPROS some of my friends and they were very happy with their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable contractor.

I was first introduced to Rouben and Build Pros by a friend who had used Build Pros. I myself have been designing and selling kitchens and baths for 40 plus years. I'm also a remodeling contractor so I look at everything with a very experienced and critical viewpoint. I pitched my services to Rouben and he had me quote several jobs. We didn't connect at first but I didn't give up. That was a little over two years ago and since then we have done many kitchens together. I very much enjoy partnering with Build Pros on projects.

Rouben has built a highly successful company through hard work, listening to his clients needs and surrounding himself with great people. I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to partner with Build Pros. The diversity of work that Build Pros does is amazing! See for yourself on social media. Rouben posts the progress of his projects frequently. You can feel the excitement and enthusiasm that Rouben has for his projects. From the planning stages to completion Build Pros gets it done in a very professional and timely manor. Rouben also communicates very clearly to his clients what is going to happen and also is very sensitive to clients budgets.

I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Rouben and Build Pros. Whatever your project needs are be it commercial or residential you will be making a very wise decision to work with Build Pros.
