HomePro is absolutely awful.
The warranties afforded give you absolutely nothing.
Do not invest in this. We did a mold test, and they performed it in a dry room, while one room over, much more wet, with obvious water stains on the walls was not used. mold discovered just a few weeks later.
Pool inspection was a waste of $$$
AC wasn't working in one zone. Heating not working at all on first floor.
We've had to invest $10Ks since moving in, and so many of these problems SHOULD have been caught by Hank.

DO NOT USE.

We were fortunate enough that Hank was doing our home inspection with us. We are first time home buyers, Hank was very patience and took his time to explain things in a way that made sense to us. He allowed us time to retain the information as well as time to ask questions and did not rush us in any way. He was very knowledgeable and informative.

HomePro Inspections of Rhode Island, Corp., and their inspector Tony were excellent. The home offer was accepted on a Friday evening, and the company was able to have an inspector (Tony) out on the following Wednesday, even with it being a holiday week. This is my first time buying a home, and therefore first time having a home inspection. The scheduling process was easy, HomePro was very accommodating with our schedule. I didn't know what to expect really, so wasn't prepared for it to be so hands on, but I'm so glad it was! Hank took his time to go through the whole house room by room with me. He showed me how things work, areas of concern, areas that were well done, and timeframe of when to expect to do maintenance on various items. Everything that Hank told us during the inspection was in our report, which was available that same day a few hours later.
