My family and I have been using A&A’s services for decades. They are professional, courteous, responsive and do a wonderful job every time. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I have to start off with how amazing my windows came out. My house is so bright I didn’t realize how dirty they were. What I was disappointed about was how they cleaned the window sills. I asked if it they would be cleaning the sills they said yes. Well I spent over an hour cleaning them. They were supposed to arrive at 7:15 and showed up at 7:38 and were done by 8:25. If only they had taken a few extra minutes. For the cost I don’t feel like I got was promised but I do have very clean windows.

My first time having my windows cleaned and A&A did a great job. They showed up on time, respected my property by wearing booties in the house and cleaned the windows, sills and screens. All were cleaned extremely well and quickly. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with A&A Window Cleaning. Very easy to call, receive an estimate and schedule the work. The two gentleman who came to do the work were on time, courteous and careful. Fair price for the quality of the job. Would definitely use A&A again; probably for gutter cleaning.

Crew very nice however after leaving we noticed water drip marks and streaking on some windows. Follow up : A&A came back out re-cleaned the windows that had streaks and drip marks. They made sure the windows were clean! Very good customer service

First time using A&A and am so impressed with their work. Not only did they wash the window but did the screens too. They arrived earlier than the time slot I was given and I was happy with that. I will be hiring them again in the spring.

We have used A&A for years and they always do an excellent job. Today’s cleaners we no exception. They were polite and cleaned up any water that got on floors when doing my skylights. I would recommend them highly.

My experience with A & A was 100% positive. Miquel and Luis worked as the perfect team. They were efficient, thorough and professional. We have some difficult to reach windows but they were able to get to them. I would highly recommend A & A Window Cleaning.

You guys are great! The guys you always send are polite and thorough. I also like the fact that your company sends a reminder when it's time to schedule an appointment. For me it gives me one less thing to remember

This was one of the best gutter cleanings I’ve had. I almost canceled because I didn’t feel the last gutter cleaning was worthwhile. The guy was here for a very short period of time. This one took time and care and they look great.

I don’t ever write bad reviews but not sure what is going on with this company. I was impressed with the job they did last year and this year was absolutely terrible on all accounts. Two guys came and were done in two hours. 5000 sq ft home. I gave them an opportunity to redo the sections they missed and they sent two more guys back that were here for less than an hr and just sprayed the windows with water and left. I pointed out specific areas that were completely missed (garage) and were again ignored … they left without checking with me and no follow up from management after the 2nd visit to see if it was done right. They don't provide the service they advertise on their website “full service cleaning” frames, sills and tracks were not touched. They wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. Photos attached are post cleaning service. So disappointed.

Very disappointing (and frustrating!) experience with gutter cleaning. Team came out Saturday morning and was here for all of 15 minutes (at most). Though I couldn't see all of the gutters, I checked those which I could see from second floor windows and one had a pack of leaves stuck in the corner of it and another running along the back of the house had a bunch of needles sticking up in it. In addition, I noticed that below certain gutters, the crew appeared to just empty the contents of the gutter out onto the landscaped bed/bushes below. Called the manager and was initially rushed off the phone - no apology - and told a team would be coming back to the house. Before the second team arrived, the manager called back and this time his tone was slightly better - he apologized - but it may have been because I expressed surprise to him that at no point up that juncture had anyone expressed any empathy for my bad service experience. When the second crew arrived, I re-explained the situation to them and when I told the guy in charge that the earlier team was at the house for 15 minutes, he sarcastically said, "Well, if the gutters are empty it doesn't take long. I guess we could put leaves in the gutters if you wanted it to take longer."

WHAT????? Bizarro world. Not sure what is going on with A&A but this sort of service experience is unacceptable.

The epilogue: the second team did what they came to do and left shortly thereafter. The company then sent me their automated bill through email: $230 charge.

Reminds me of that old service quality quip: if you're satisfied with a company's service, tell them; if you aren't, tell everybody else.

They did a great job on the actual windows (the glass portion). I think I assumed they would also clean the sills which were left pretty dirty. They also don’t clean the window tracks or the screens. The last company I used did a clean of the window and all window elements so I think my expectation was just different.

Also many of the screens they put back in were only put in partially and not locked back into place. If the dry brushed them, I didn’t notice it and the screens were still very dirty.

If you’re looking for clean glass, they were great. If you’re looking for a full window and screening deep clean I’d say go elsewhere.

It was so bad. I stopped the cleaner after the first room and told him to leave. He said I would be happy when he left and I’m not. I called the office with no return phone call. He came in the door with dirty water in the pail. He said my bedroom windows were finished. Please see the black water dripping down the wood around the window. He never cleaned the circular window until my husband told him to go back. My window sills are filthy. Screens were not washed or removed. It’s hard to take pictures of window. Please come to look at the job. Also jammed brand new shades up and I can’t get them down. See pictures below

A&A never disappoints from scheduling through completion. My appointment window was 1130 to 130. The 3 person team arrived about 11 and got right to work and finished in no time. Our crew was polite, professional and did an amazing job. Every window, door and skylight is crystal clear. They even did my mirrors!! This is the 4th year A&A has done our home and we will continue to use them. No more ladders and buckets all weekend for me!!

Not as professional as in the past, window sills and screens not cleaned throughly. Left furniture askew, plants ruffled with mess on the floor. Sheers not closed. Dislodged a blind. Windows are clean and I know how difficult to get help so not complaining. Just feedback.

This is our second cleaning with A&A window cleaning. Our first cleaning was about 7 months ago and fantastic! I’m not as pleased this time as displayed in pictures once the sun hits the windows.

I recently had A&A Window Cleaning for 3 separate occasions in the past month.
I did do research on other window cleaning companies to be sure my decision was right.
No disappointment here.
From scheduling, to date of service, communication with Liz the Project Manager and Kyle, who, if I am not mistaken may be the Owner were WONDERFUL.
Pricing was in line with other window cleaning companies I had researched.
You will not be disappointed.
Just for reference, I had my own home windows cleaned, a newly built property home that just finished being built and waiting to be place on the market done and a commercial office building done and ALL 3 jobs were done. Workers were on time, professional and hardworking.
Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

They installed my gutters and the installers were very nice and professional. Extremely happy with their work. Would recommend them to any of my friends.
