I have reported them multiple times through their portal with no change. We work at a medical facility and despite trying to speak with their manager Marvin the actual crew at night has continually not done their job in fact they actively do things that is unprofessional and making the area dirty. They have taken things from our employee fridge and put the trash including a yogurt that was opened on top of the cabinets. As well as garbage they should be taking out they have placed in a box with decorations I purchased to make the clinic nice for holidays. Water bottles that the company supplies for guests they drink which would be fine except they then throw the garbage on top of the cabinets that store belongings instead of the trash directly below. They have gotten us in trouble with the landlords due to the fact they do not care leaving garbage everywhere outside. Do not use this company.

This company is a scam! They come into your place looking all professional and act like they’re the ones doing the job. As soon as you sign the contract, they sub Job out to somebody that you didn’t hire. Then the company takes zero responsibility for any problems that you might have and they tell you to deal with the subcontractor. Not only that the only way you can pay this company is through a check or direct ACH. As far as customer service, it could not be any worse! You can’t get anybody directly on the phone. You have to send a bunch of emails and somebody who knows nothing about your case. Finally calls you back and tells you that they’re gonna have somebody else call you. They give you the runaround for long enough and hopefully that you go away and you continue to pay them. Do whatever you can to stay as far away from this company as possible! I didn’t even want to give them one star, but I don’t really have the option to give them zero stars.
