Iggy was on time and very professional. She assessed that a redesign or booster fan was not necessary so we decided on the cleaning. The pricing for the cleaning is a bit high. Once we agreed on the work it took less than 10 minutes to complete. Some companies will apply something like an inspection fee to the price of the service.

Got an appointment quick. Technician arrived to the house on the early end of the window. They were quick, efficient, and tidy. Would recommend.
