We have been hiring Rich and his guys for years and they are nothing but the best! Rich has a great eye for planning any of your landscaping needs and gets the job done fast and right and clean!

Exceptional Service ! Great communication ! Quality of work detailed and well done. Prepared lawns, shrubs, cutting down trees, much, and edging and cleaning beds for two houses I'm selling. They completed the work when they said they would complete it. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I were so pleased with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism of Rich and his crew. We tasked Rich with what we believed to be a very large and complicated job, and on top of it all, there seemed to be a roadblock at every turn (through no fault of his! But rather just by virtue of the nature of the job) ... but this did not deter Rich from doing everything within his power to come up with alternative, creative solutions to get the job completed for us in a very timely manner. He was very communicative and friendly which made the entire experience that much more pleasant. He is clearly very experienced in his field, and I can also attest to the fact that he is dedicated to providing superior service. I have no doubt that he will continue to make many more people very happy and satisfied customers! I would highly reccommend this company and we are very likely to hire this company for future jobs. Job well done!

R Patenaude was hired to restore my parent's lawn which cost approximately $2000. The next day, there were downpours. When the lawn wasn't growing, Rich was contacted. He stated that the rain washed everything away. He agreed to restore what was lost at reduced cost. After the second service, it rained again and, per Rich, everything again washed away. A THIRD service was scheduled but because rain was in the forecast, the appointment was cancelled.
Rich did not deliver on the end product. He said they "watch the weather as best as we can." I fully realize that weather is not a controllable factor, however, if his services are that sensitive to rain, one would expect greater consideration to be paid to the weather and appointments to be rescheduled accordingly. He was "adamant" (his words) that he would not provide a third service to correct the problem without being paid. Rich was paid almost $2200 and there is no lawn to show for that money. Terrible customer service!

I have had Patenaude Landscaping cutting my lawn biweekly for years and they always do a great job. They are quick and always leave the yard neat and clean when they’re done. I have also had them trim some trees in my yard and they are scheduled to do some other work soon. I would highly recommend them for all your landscaping needs.

Rich was great. I received a call quickly after leaving my message. Got a quote within a couple days. After accepting the quote, received a timeframe of when they'd be able to come by and do the removal. I did not have to be here for the removal. The yard was left clean and in good shape after removing such a large tree. Payment due after entire service rendered.

We needed a large area of old shrubs and trees removed and reached out to several landscapers. Rich was quick to respond to our inquiry and showed up the same day to discuss the scope of work needed. He was very thorough explaining what they could do and provided helpful suggestions beyond what we were considering. His quote was detailed and priced very competitively compared to others. We also really appreciated that Rich provides many landscape services, so we didn't have to hire multiple contractors to get the job done. Rich and his team did a fantastic job, were timely and went above and beyond what we were expecting. We look forward to working with R. Patenaude Landscaping for all our future landscaping projects.

Rich, and his crew took a very large down, dragged out loom and roots. They bought in gravel and stone, a job well done.

We recently hired Rich to take down a giant pine in our backyard. I found his price to be reasonable and gave him a crack at it. He was short-staffed that day but still showed up for the job. In taking down a limb it accidently broke a small piece of the neighbors fence. Rich went over to apologize and offer to fix it. Instead the neighbor was impressed by Rich and his crew and asked Rich to take down a tree on his property right next to the fence. Rich and crew ended up taking down both trees in the same day! All branches and logs were taken out at the end of the day.

The next day his super friendly crew showed up on their own without Rich and began to grind the stump down to toothpicks. When they left all debris was raked up and the former spot of the tree was clean and completely flat.

We'll absolutely hire Rich and his crew again. We'll have another tree to take down and a couple of spots in the back yard to clean up and flatten. I'm sure Rich will do another amazing job!

Ok so Rich and his team have turned my lawn from ok to fantastic. They are always willing to do small requests and Rich is a stand up business man. He double charged me after I explained that times were tough and came to my house to give me a refund on one of the charges. He just does business that normal people who sometimes struggle can count on. He's a great guy that has great employees. If you overlook this company, will are missing out. Thank you Rich.
