I went to this store to buy a bathroom fan with light. The salesman was helpful, opened box and explained to me that a dimmer switch was required, and that I could purchase one from Home Depot. He assured me that I could use this fan on a single switch situation and even showed me the type switch to buy even though my husband disagreed I bought the fan after verifying if I could return the fan if it didn’t work with my situation. The manager was at his desk while this conversation happened. NEVER DID HE SAY THERE WAS A RESTOCKING FEE 20%. Home Depot said the fan WOULD NOT work in single switch situation and I brought fan back within an hour. I went home to find they kept $60 for giving me incorrect information and not disclosing restocking fee at time of sale. I didn’t open the box, the salesman did! AVOID THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS!
