Called with no heat and service techs here within an hour to fiz the problem. Billie (office) was supper helpful and Jacob & Justin sevice techs fixed the problem with no mess and great customer service.

I really can't say enough about Atlantis. Last year we had ac's installed, and we received A+ service.
Dylan came to our house for our first preventative maintenance service. What a great guy. Called with estimated time, professional, and very courteous. Dylan took the time to refresh my memory of all the benefits of our system. Thank you! See you in the fall.

Dylan has always provided the BEST service! I can’t say enough about his professionalism, punctuality, and overall competence! Jacob just came out and did the Fall PM for my HE gas furnace. In the five years or so that Jacob has been maintaining it there have been very few problems. He's very thorough and he keeps me informed very well.

Had mini splits installed and from the salesman to the installers, top notch!

Chris and Damon came June 27th to service my air conditioning/heating unit. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable.
Not only did they fix my unit, took the time to thoroughly explain what they were doing and what was happening with the unit. I lost my ac when temperatures were close to 100. I called Atlantis and they were able to come out the next day.
Service is great. Employees are wonderful from the technicians to the woman who answered my call.

Atlantis/Dylan was excellent - available same day appointment, Dylan was right on time, professional, friendly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He made sure I understood what was going on and my options. They came to me highly recommended and I will in turn highly recommend!

Dave Mandeville has been to our house a couple of times. He diagnoses the problem very quickly, addresses it, and is always very polite and courteous. Dave even helps when the issue is related to equipment they don’t support.

Atlantis Comfort has been an outstanding HVAC and Heating service company for our family for over 5 years. Dylan W. was an absolute pleasure to have at our home, friendly and professional. As a mom home alone, I felt comfortable having him over with the kids here. He was efficient and courteous as was Billy in the office who scheduled and took Credit Card payment without extra charge! We have had a service contract with Atlantis for several years and have been very happy with the service. Recently, a part failed in our AC equipment that resulted in the fan being very loud in our bedroom. The technician, Evan, quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new part as soon as it arrived. He spent quite a bit of time making adjustments to the system to make sure everything worked perfectly.

Also, it's easy to schedule appointments and Billie in the office keeps on top of everything.

Jacob was great, he did a complete test of my heating system and made sure that it was in top working condition.. He is a true professional and informed me that my system is working well and ready for this cold winter.

Dave M. always arrives quickly, does comprehensive work and explains everything that's being done in concise detail that even I can understand! If you want ACTUAL great service in this area of business, Atlantis is the only real choice.

Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful during my recent maintenance visit. He explained how my heating/ac system works and gave me tips on preventative maintenance i can do in between annual visits. As someone with zero knowledge of these things I was very grateful. Thanks, Shawn!

Dave came in no time and fixed our airconditioner in the attic. We have used Dave's services before and we always ask for him when we call Atlantis. He is a straight shooter and doesn't play games with quotes. He is an honest man that inspires trust on top of his unparalled expertise.

On October 15 David changed filters and checked our furnaces. David did a professional job, kept us informed and left a clean working area. We look forward to his Spring return to service our air conditioners.

We have our guy David come back for twice-a-year check-ups on both our heating and cooling systems, and he does a phenomenal job. Thorough, explains everything he's doing in a way that doesn't go over our head, and truly gives a hoot about providing good service. Plus, he's nice to our dog, so that's an added bonus!

Review For Furnace Service. I had a Heating and
cooling system installed a few years ago by Atlantis Comfort Systems. Today my furnace was serviced by David from AtlANTIS COMFOR SYSTEMS. David was very professional. He answered a few questions I had about thermostats. I have been very happy the heating and cooling system.

Dylan from Atlantis was the best. He was methodical and careful in his diagnosis of our issue, and even asked to return so he could check on the progress. We would definitely use Atlantis’ services again thanks to him.
