I'm so glad I found Atlantis Comfort Services!
Jacob and Damon were absolutely outstanding. They arrived right when they said they would, worked hard in uncomfortably warm conditions, and got my air conditioning up and running smoothly. Both were personable, professional, and polite - truly a pleasure to have at my home. I was especially impressed with their work ethic and knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again in the future. The office staff was also top-notch. Billie, in particular, was pleasant, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Atlantis delivered excellent service.

I had my heating system serviced today, and had a great experience. Dave, the technician was on time, and thorough in checking everything. He explained everything he was checking and offered maintenance tips as well! I highly recommend Dave and Atlantis Heating and Air. Thank you so much.

had RISE come out and do an energy assessment where my steam boiler had a draft failure. Called Atlantis who offered to come check it out but would be a $225 fee even if nothing was wrong. I was hesitant about that because they admitted there was a chance nothing would be wrong. When I expressed this, they had a technician give me a call. He agreed and said that, since I'd need winter maintenance anyway, they'd come and do that and (even though it's not part of the typical maintenance) check the draft then. They ended up discovering that our chimney had rubble blocking the outdraft. Meant another repair guy but I appreciated them doing the extra work to check out the system without charging me for it. Jacob was the steam guy who helped me and he even got some cement to help patch up where the boiler draft meets the chimney

We had an emergency at our home tonight Dylan Andrade came to our home tonight he was fabulous. He was very professional and well educated in job. I would give him a 10 star review and I will definitely be signing on with your company and requesting Dylan to do our service. Thank you again!!!

Jacob was superb when he came to conduct an annual service on my home furnace. His attitude and attention to detail were outstanding. I’ve recommend Atlantis to the members of our HOA.

Dylan W of Atlantis Comfort Systems just left and did a fantastic job checking out our mini-split system and preparing it for winter. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about all the components involved. With our service plan contract we will be looking forward to seeing him again in the spring as we prepare yet again for the summer cooling season.

I have used Atlantis for 5 years for my heating/cooling. I am extremely happy with my service. The office is warm and friendly and they are always there to help and assist in anyway. A special thanks to David Mandeville for all his support .

Was having an issue with my heat not working. I called atlantis and they came out the same day to look at the issue. Fixed the issue quickly and performed maintenance at the same time. Heat is working great! Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend Atlantis, Justin was the service tech and did a great job. Thank you!

He is extremely knowledgeable, knows all the details of the system, and answers all our questions with a smile. He very thorough and keeps our system in great working condition. Atlantis is the best!!! Atlantis should always be your number one go to company for service! After being left without hot water and heat for several days and having another company (COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM ATLANTIS) come over and left us without providing any solutions, Atlantis came through big time. Our family is so thankful and filled with gratitude for the hard workmanship from Dylan W & Jacob Rivera & Atlantis for solving the issues with the Lochinvar hot water & heat on demand system we have in our house!

The team at Atlantis did a phenomenal job with installing my mini split unit. The communication was excellent throughout, the workmanship was excellent and the final product exceeded my expectations. All of this on top of having the best pricing! Would highly recommend or rather only recommend them if you need work done.

David Mandeville of Atlantis Comfort Systems has been taking excellent care of my two HVAC systems. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable and excellent at troubleshooting. As a bonus, David provides clear explanations of the operations of the systems and of his troubleshooting results. I always request David when scheduling service!

Jacob was wonderful to work with today. He called when he was about 25 minutes out so I would know he was coming and when he came he went right to work was very very friendly answered my questions and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. I have been consistently using Atlantis Comfort Systems for all my HVAC needs for several years now. The main reason I have chosen to go with them and stay with them is because of their annual service contract, but most importantly because of one of their technicians, David Mandeville. He is by far the most pleasant, professional and competent technician I have ever experienced. You can tell he loves what he does, and excels at customer relations. I will continue to stay with Atlantis because of him, and have recommended him to my neighbor, who is now also an Atlantis service contract customer.
