I have been going to this location of Northeast Electrical for many years. I am a homeowner, not an electrician. I have even asked them if they welcome homeowners and gotten a reply in the affirmative. I could not feel less welcome! The counter service is abominable. They will sit there and scroll their phones while you stand and wait. Their attitude is always that you interrupted their free time. I only go there because there is no other place. Their inventory is of course much more extensive than the hardware store next door, and I understand electrical work, so I often need supplies (and advice) that is just a bit beyond a hardware store. It is a mystery to me how this location survives.

I come here when I want to be treated like ROYALITY. So I basically go here everyday and I'd say I can tell you they know how to PLEASE their customers! Ask the kind and caring woman behind the counter for a cash refund and you'll be swimming in the most incredible customer service you could ever imagine in your wildest dreams!!!

I was looking for someone to repair a ceiling fan. Although Northeast Electrical couldn't help me with that, Jim was exceptionally helpful in directing me to someone who could. Kudos to Jim & Northeast Electrical!

Very friendly and helpful. I went there with a very obscure part, one they did not have. They located one, and told me how to find the vendor. When I had a problem with it they answered the question....none of which they made a penny on but I will be back when I do need something and speak highly of them.
