Siding Contractor reviews across the US

A+++ Sergi and his crews were outstanding! Friendly, professional, hardworking, and detail orientated. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing siding, gutters, and home repairs. They did a fantastic job on our home. Thank you!

Found them very prompt and professional. When they say 8am it's 8am. They never left job until finished and I was satisfied. They also cleaned up after every day. What a relief to have no mess every day after they left.

Sergiy and his team did an incredible job installing vertical, horizontal and shingle siding as well as gutters on our house in Longmeadow. The quality of their work is top notch. They were prompt, professional, and flexible to the changes I asked for. Alliance is a rare find - we highly recommend them to everyone!

Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. Therefore, I would recommend Alliance for any home improvement needs that you may need addressed. Lastly, I was so satisfied with the siding installation Alliance did I am now having them replace the two entry doors to my garage. Thank you again Sergiy, Keith, Serg and the rest of the installation crew. CFP Sr.

My husband and I gave a five star review for the professionalism of Sergey and Michael who came to put gutters, downspouts and gutter protection on our home on 7/18/25 very polite very professional and
Excellent job. we would highly recommend Alliance Home Improvements to anyone that's looking for a good job and good price can't thank Sergey and Michael did a wonderful job cleanup was great just have to step back and enjoy now. thank you Alliance Home Improvements Dave and Robin Cassells

This is the second house I used Alliance for siding and to replace the roof. Alliance did such a great job on my first house I didn't hesitate to use them again. This house had old siding and an old roof with two old skylights. Alliance removed the skylights, stripped the old roof and installed a beautiful architectural shingle in one day! They then stripped off the old siding from my house and installed beautiful cape cod shaker style siding and pvc vinyl around the windows. The nice thing about their pvc vinyl is they make a complex bend that acts as “J” chanel for the siding so the siding is cleanly hidden behind the trim with no ugly plastic “J” chanel. On top of all the great craftsmanship and attention to detail, the owner is very responsive and stands by his work. That alone is worth the money!

Had a great experience with Alliance! We hired them to re-side our house. After enduring a 3 hr pitch from a wildly overpriced construction company, Keith came up to our house, walked around and took measurements, then came in and gave me our quote in literally 15 minutes. He and everyone else we interacted with from Alliance were always professional and courteous toward us. I would recommend them to anyone, and will hire them again if we need their services!

Outstanding service and quality of products. We replaced our 1950s home windows as well as 3 storm doors and 2 awnings and couldn't be happier. The pricing was very reasonable. The quality was highly acceptable and Sergiy and his team exceeded our expectations. Alliance stands behind their products and services. We needed an adjustment to one of the awnings and received an immediate response to our request and they came out right away to take care of it. Would recommend Alliance to anyone who needs home improvements. High Quality People and Service! Thank you.

Alliance Home Improvement gave me their honest opinion. I don’t need a new door, just the weather stripping needs to be replaced. Thank you! Honesty, as always, is the best policy.

My complete experience from the first phone call to the last payment was quick and easy. Everyone was very helpful and respectful to my property. An excellent job was done. I would recommend Alliance to everyone I know.

Alliance did an excellent job on my siding and gutters from the estimate to the final touches. They had a reasonable price compared to others and they had the color I wanted. The guys that came out were very respectful and had good communication with me throughout the project. They cleaned up after themselves every single day, which was nice because it was windy and I’m sure things would have blown around if they hadn’t. The owner was extremely responsive and had great communication with me. They found a lot of rot on my old house, but fixed it right up with no issue. My house looks absolutely beautiful. If I ever need more work done, I’m definitely calling them. Highly recommend!

Great siding company, they did an awesome job installing our siding and door. My husband and I and beyond happy with this big project and please with the outcome. They were super helpful answering all our questions. The owner and his workers were reliable and respectful with are time. We will definitely hire this company for are future projects!

Of the three companies we invited for a free estimate, Alliance felt the best from the beginning, and we are glad we chose them. The entire experience, from the first meeting with Dave to the final day of the siding job, was excellent. Gregor and his crew were polite, on time, and professional every day, and Sergiy was an excellent coordinator. They do GREAT work. Alliance Home Improvement exceeded our expectations and came in at the exact estimated price. They transformed our house and we have received multiple compliments from neighbors. We give them our highest recommendation!

The work the team at Alliance Home Improvement does speaks for itself: every piece of vinyl siding is perfectly cut, level, secure, and skillfully matched with all of the pieces around it. The siding seams are well-integrated to the point that you can barely see them, the window wraps are perfect with crisp parallel creases and clean mitered edges, and the corner posts are cleanly cut and make the house looker sharper and more modern than it looked with wood. The metal wraps around doors are cut and caulked so artfully that I can barely tell where the metal ends and the white wood begins. They left their work site immaculate to the point that there hasn’t been a single piece of leftover trash to throw out, and Sergiy even let us throw out some old junk in the dumpster they brought for the job. They also installed new gutters as part of the siding job, which is amazing and none of the other contractors we asked for quotes from offered this. The gutters look great and have a better tilt to them than our old gutters did so we no longer have overflow issues by our garage door.

In addition to installing premium Allside Charter Oak vinyl siding our wooden clapboard house, garage, and add-on, they also replaced an interior wood door that stuck when you closed it with a fiberglass door. It looks fantastic, seals better than wood, and—amazingly—they were able to remove and then replace the old trim so that we didn’t have to refinish anything. We’d fully expected to have to refinish the area around the door, and they went out of their way and beyond our expectations to make sure that we did not have to.

They also replaced three old storm doors that didn’t seal well with new doors that seal correctly and look much better than the old doors did. Again, these were perfectly installed to the point that it’s more art than construction: perfectly aligned, sealed in the right spots, and caulk and nails well hidden.

Beyond their world-class work, they are simply a pleasure to work with: Sergiy the owner is incredibly responsive to text and calls and went out of his way to order custom items for us such as vents and windows; Dave helped us plan our project and answered my million questions with a million great answers; and the crew who did the work—team leader the second Sergiy, and team members Oleg and Mikle—are absolutely amazing at what they do and work faster than seems possible while also upholding quality standards that completely blew away our expectations. They kept us informed of the process, asked for our input about how to make things look, worked hard to meet our special requests such as for new vents, and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, in a friendly, timely, and helpful way.

This was the largest and most expensive home project we’ve ever embarked on, and we were hesitant to put our home in the hands of someone else. I’m so glad we met Alliance and we asked them to accomplish this project for us. It was absolutely a great experience, with amazing results, and I’d come back to them again.

We wanted to put up siding on our home. We had gotten 3 quotes and at the last minute we were introduced to Sergie at Alliance. Keith, one of there salesmen, came. He was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. The other companies who quoted did not have the exact color we were looking for. Keith did. the first quote he gave us was high. He said it was because my wife chose the the better quality siding. So I asked him what would the less expensive siding cost and would we know the difference. That price was a good price. I told him we were still waiting on another quote so we would let him know.
All the other companies who were quoting could not do the work till spring of 2023. A couple of days later I called Keith and said that my wife loves the better quality siding and can he do better on the price. about 20 minutes later Keith called and gave us a great price and the clincher was that he could start at the end of October. I told him it was his job.

Sergie, the owner called after I signed the contract. I said this is a big house so how long will it take. He said around 3 to 3 1/2 weeks. They started on October 24. Three workers another Sergie (the foreman), Oleg and Mika. These 3 worked like 9.
Every recommendation they had we went with (and my wife is very picky). We had them take out 2 windows and instal 3 in the wall air conditioners. We were not there most of the time. They cut the holes and installed the air conditioners on a Saturday (that was the only time we could be there). After that we gave Sergie a key so they can do the drywall inside the house.
The inside looks like it was always that way. They did an awesome job.

If there was an issue Sergie would take a picture and send it to me. They finished on November 10th. We did a walk around and had a couple of issues. They fixed it on the spot.

I highly recommend Alliance. They know what there doing and they are very easy to work with. Plus they do a great job.

Alliance was an amazing company to work with! From the salesman coming to our home to the finished product. They replaced 8 windows and resided our house that went from 50 year old cedar shingles to vinyl siding. This was not an easy job. The attention to detail and craftsmanship demonstrated their level of pristine quality and customer care. I can't wait to have another opportunity to use Alliance Home Improvement again.
THANK YOU

I can say my experience was wonderful with all! We had a little problem with windows being delayed a few times, but it all came together in the end. These Guys work so hard and so dillegently. I am beyond pleased and would recommend them to anyone. My Neighbors were so impressed by the work they did and the work ethic. You don't find that anymore, or rarely if you do. I want to thank both Sergi's, Oleg and the older Gentleman. I can't recall his name, for working so very hard. They are the best!

Alliance Home improvement does wonderful work. The two gentlemen that came to do my windows were fast, kind, courteous, and did amazing work. The two gentlemen where here a little after 9:30 am and finished a little before 5 pm

Great company to work with. I've had their services twice, to aluminum wrap windows and exterior trims on a 4-unit building. Very professional, showed up timely, and importantly job completed to my liking and the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this company. The owner Sergie and employee Anatoliy are likable and easy to work with them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, a real pleasure. Everything went smoothly. We had our old windows replaced, the siding stripped and replaced, and the gutters replaced. Great communication throughout, excellent workmanship in all aspects of the project, and the crew cleaned up the site at the end of every day. Highly recommend.

The crew was excellent! They had a big job here including a Dutch Windmill to tackle. Everything looks terrific! They even helped me hang up the new lights when putting everything back on the new house. Would definitely recommend them for your outside work that you need done.
