We just had our siding completed and could not be happier. The job was large but was done quickly and efficiently. The owner kept in contact throughout the job and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Sorry I hired Aaron and his crew for my siding job they put up the siding but left without caulking and attaching my downspouts to the house.sent him a text on this issue and was promised he would be back. That was a month ago and still no show.and him and his crew had no problem drinking all our beer

Had to get the siding done on my house in a time sensitive manner, the owner was exceptionally helpful and his crew were very professional throughout the entire experience. The work is perfect and I have 0 complaints. I've also seen his crew working on other properties in my neighborhood with the same result, which made my decision that much easier when I needed my siding done. Appreciate all the help!

I do not usually leave negative reviews but I am hoping to save people from having the same experience that we have had. After a tree crashed through our house damaging much of the exterior we needed a siding contractor who could start the job quickly to seal up the house as the winter was approaching. Aaron was very quick to provide an excellent quote and very attentive to our questions. He responded quickly to all of our questions and even did a little preliminary work to seal the old siding around a new window that we had installed. Everything was great until we gave him a deposit for the materials. Suddenly he was not as responsive and not truthful regarding placing the order for the materials. We were told by Aaron that he had placed the order with a local distributor. One day as we drove past this business we stopped in to get a colour sample to match some exterior paint. We were told that they had not placed the order but they had provided a quote for the materials and were waiting for a deposit from Aaron. This was the second time that this distributor had told us this after Aaron had assured us that they were mistaken and he did not require a deposit to order the materials. The company pulled up the order and the emails that were sent between them and Aaron asking for the deposit. They confirmed that they had spoken to Aaron the morning of our visit to the store. At this point we figured that we were getting the run around and that we had chosen the wrong contractor. I immediately called, texted and emailed Aaron to tell him that we were canceling the job because of this and that the job would not be done before the winter now due to lead times of the materials. All of my communication attempts were not returned . I called the WPD at this point I received a text from Aaron stating that he was advised by his lawyer that he did not need to return the deposit as he had placed the order for the materials and he had not missed the date agreed to in the contract. This is not true he did not purchase the materials or he would have called us to say everything is on track when he received the emails and texts from us cancelling the job. This has been a nightmare for us and we are out of pocket thousands of dollars. We found another contractor to do the work and we are very happy with their work. I have asked Aaron multiple times via text message to return our deposit.
Be very careful ......we are proceeding with legal representation to get our money back currently.

Stay Away from this fraud company / Aaron Chantler I hired him to renovate my house agreed amount upfront. The work was started but then abandoned — many tasks remain incomplete and the quality of what was done is unacceptable. Since then I have received misleading information and empty promises instead of a plan to finish the job. I repeatedly explained my family’s difficult situation and asked for help, but was ignored. I am left with unfinished work, financial loss and a lot of stress. I am sharing my experience to warn others. I am pursuing other channels to resolve this (consumer protection, small claims, police) and will update this review if the situation changes.

He took all the money and never renovate my house but has left the work and keep misguiding me even he was aware about my family situation. No mercy and humanity . I am not going to sit and preparing for story for social media with all proofs . I am going to main stream media and Windsor area Social Media pages will post my horrible experience . Plum Pro sided our entire home after we had lost a significant chunk of 30+ year old siding in a storm. Getting a quote; the process of selecting siding/gutters; and scheduling the work was very easy. Upon start they set up a text thread where we could easily communicate with the project manager and owner with any questions or concerns. Any time we used this text thread we received an almost immediate response. Despite some harsh winter weather the removal of old siding and install of new siding was timely and very professional. The Plum Pro team are experts at their craft. They pivoted quickly to any unforeseen issues with creativity and expertise. We couldn’t have been happier with the finished product.

I am only giving 4 stars because the final steps of the project dragged on longer than necessary. Yard clean up, the repair of some items that accidentally broke during the work and subcontracted electrical work took weeks to complete after everything else had been finished. This added some unnecessary frustration.

Overall very happy with the project and I would definitely recommend.

Plumb pro was great to work with in replacing my roof. Their project management, execution and quality control was fantastic. Very responsible and a great eye for the details. One of the best contractors I’ve worked with!

This is a team that is extremely professional, organized, and - according to my super detailed and experienced contractor who saw their work - knows what they are doing! You are definitely paying for high-quality labor and work here, no doubt.

We had new windows and Hardie siding installed by PlumPro. A lot of decisions needed to be made on materials, colors, scope, etc. Yuk took the time to explain the benefits of different options. We felt informed and comfortable with what we’d chosen before the project started, and are very happy with the result. Yuk and his team were very professional from beginning to end and they do great work. Highly recommend!

We could not be more pleased with the entire project that was recently completed on our home by Plum Pro Exteriors. Having seen the completed siding project that Yuk and team did for close neighbors and friends of ours, we had a preview of the type of quality we could expect of the work itself. However, what I was overly impressed with was the level of communication, transparency, attention to detail, and the honest opinions on all of the selections we made. From choosing the colors and trims in the initial meetings, all the way to the completion of the final punch list items, we have been so satisfied with how our siding project and side porch rehab have transformed the look of our home but also made it so much safer and durable. There was never a point during the work where we questioned if the crew was coming that day or worried how it was progressing. They worked every day (weather permitting) and it was all done in a very reasonable amount of time. Absolutely recommend Yuk and his Plum team for any type of large-scale home exterior work!

Alan from Plum Pro Exteriors met with me, we walked thru all the work I wanted to have done, and I received a quote within 2 days that was very competitive. I had a completed contract in a couple of days and the work was started within a few days of the original projection. The Plum Pro crew did an outstanding job replacing the siding and trim on one side of my house, as well as replacing siding in a few other areas due to wood pecker damage. In addition they did the painting for the project areas and on a new garage door recently installed. The quality of the work was top notch, the crew was friendly and their communication, thru a joint text chat was terrific. I was always notified of the status of the project and if there were going to be any delays (minimal) or if they had questions or I had feedback. I highly recommend Plum Pro for any siding or house repair work. If I could give them 6 stars, (alas Google maxes out at 5) I would.

Simply put, they made my dream (and vision) come true. Plum Pro met with me, listened intently, didn't try to push me one way or another - but rather offered a multitude of options that not only fulfilled my wants - but honesty exceeded my expectations. After Interviewing over a dozen contractors, I chose Yuk and Plum Pro Exteriors to replace the siding on my lakefront cottage. Yuk was very patient and thorough, gave me good, honest advice and didn’t try to upsell me. Once his crew started work, I was really happy I chose Plum Pro. They arrived promptly at 7 am to set up, started working within minutes and stayed every night until at least 5pm, only stopping for a very short lunch break. The crew was always polite and helpful, worked quickly and efficiently, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up every night before leaving. Yuk came every day to carefully inspect the work and help resolve any issues.
Despite my cottage having a ton of rotten wood which needed replacing, the final price was within a few dollars of the original estimate. At one point the crew mistakenly removed the wrong door. Yuk insisted on replacing it for free, despite my offer to pay for it, since I really needed a new door anyway. He told me he was more interested in his reputation than profits.
The completed job is beautiful, neat and tight. I get compliments from everyone and I personally think it’s stunning. I will definitely use Plum Pro for any additional exterior work and recommend them without reservation. I just wish they did interior work, too!

From start to finish the whole experience with Plum Pro has been great. I worked with Alan to set the project up and then the crew led by Ilvars was professional, courteous, and conscientious. Highly recommend Plumb Pro Exterior for any exterior work around the house. They replaced all the framing around my windows and doors, adding proper insulation in all the gaps. They maintained clear communication from start to finish, and their pricing was fair and transparent.
