Siding Contractor reviews across the US

Spartan was amazing. Would recommend them to anyone.

I've had the good fortune of seeing the Southwood siding project through since we decided as a board to completely replace the defective siding on 110 of our townhome units. Prior to meeting the Spartan team, we bid the job out twice and felt that the other bidders were taking advantage of the situation. On our 3rd round of bidding, Spartan came to the table with clearly identified costs and a timeline that was realistic. I'm thrilled to share that the timeline was reduced from two years to one and we are now enjoying our beatiful homes. The increase in value to our units with this major restoration will continue to hold for years to come. The Spartan team was dedicated while maintaining both quality and quantity. Their communication when they found unanticipated challenges was outstanding. They worked through the challenges seamlessly with our design team. They are courteous to homeowners and won the hearts of many. We feel such a debt of gratitude to them for taking a very scary situation and putting our minds at ease. They are the best in the business and I will definitely call on them again.

Spartan completed a siding job on my first home. Being first-time homeowners, we were on a budget. Spartan made sure we received quality product and workmanship, all while sticking to the budget. The team completing the siding always kept a professional demeanor, even when my neighbors behaved in a less than neighborly way. These guys are a class act.

A refeshing customer-focused service in the 21st century! For the first time in over 40 years of home improvements, Spartan provided us with a dedicated team and an onsite Project Manager to keep the job moving forward regarless of setbacks and complications (tornados, no power, etc.). They promised to finish the job in 2 weeks. Did Spatan live up to its Service Delivery Promise? Yes! Are we satisfied with Spartan & the work? Yes! Would we recommend Spartan as the Best of the Best? Yes! The Spartan team went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed on time, within budget, and to our satisfaction. You just can't ask for better than that!

We used spartan Exteriors to repair sofit damage on 8 buildings after the tornado's that came thru. Being that this was also an insurance claim which can be exhausting, the staff at Spartan were tremendous to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with me every step of the way. Veterans Village thanks you !!

The staff from Spartan Exteriors handled our siding replacement with true skill and attention to detail. They are easy to work with, adhere to the schedule they set, and our house looks brand new. Bravo!

The staff(can't remember all names) did an amazing job replacing the siding on my chimney on the hottest days of summer. I greatly appreciate their expertise and professionalism. And extra grateful it was completed before Hurricane Helene came to Tallahassee. I highly recommend them and will have them back in 2025 to replace the remainder of my house siding.

Joe and his team installed new siding, painting and windows on my house. Did a an excellent job. Showed up on time and was super responsive to all my questions and requests. Amazing job and a decent price. Made my new house so beautiful and made me feel right at home.

Did great work. Fantastic communication. House looks brand new!

They were very professional, good communication, did great work, good attention to detail. Highly recommended!

This company has done an exceptional job - professional, friendly, responsive. I have waited two years to have them do my exterior, and I am very pleased with the results.

I will preface this note by stating that I rarely post such reviews unless the business/professional deserves to be acknowledged in hopes that other people can benefit from the quality of the work delivered.
Spartan Exteriors can be trusted to provide a thorough, timely, and detailed repair of your siding. From a detailed estimate with explanations to the conclusion of the project, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism with genuine transparency and attention to details, while respecting our property and our lifestyle. We are pleased with the outcome and will gladly recommend them to our friends.

Great company to work with. They kept us updated regularly and explained how our project would go from start to finish. Once completed, they did a follow up call to make sure we were happy. The crew that did the work were professional and throughly cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend Spartan Exteriors!

Had a siding repair completed by Nick and team. The team was flexible with new requests and always forthcoming with updates. It looks amazing! Thanks guys!

Beginning with the estimate through completion of the projects, we felt very comfortable with all individuals involved and we knew we had selected the best. Spartan Exteriors did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and within the stipulated budget. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for professionalism at its best.

Nicholas did a great job in repairing the chimney and replacing the siding. It was worth every penny!

Great company! We had our vinyl siding upgraded to board and batten hardie board, and had new exterior doors installed. Was impressed from start to finish - everyone was nice and easy to work with, estimates and billing were clear and right on target - no surprises, and they had great attention to detail and didn't cut corners. We are so happy with the results!

The entire staff was very efficient. A few shined above expectations. Seth was a detail man and made sure we were happy with their work. We would highly recommend them. Dont mess with the other companies they can't compare. Joe and Justin were so helpful and always answered our questions.

Spartan Exteriors just did a siding and window replacement job at my office and they did an excellent job. Seth, who was supervising the siding crew did a great job of communicating with me and moving the job along. The painting crew, headed by Jonathan, also did a great job and then did a follow up walkthrough to make sure everything was satisfactory. Joe and Justin were very professional in their preparation and follow through.

We enjoyed working with Spartan Exterior on a recent project at our home. All we had to do was make one simple phone call and Joe and Justin handled all of the details making this installation as streamlined as possible.

Next, we worked with Mike on the details of the color selection since it was going to be an accent on the back of our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the installation process and was able to answer all of our questions. And now that the project is done, we can assure you that his knowledge of an appropriate color was excellent.

Then came the installation. Seth and Keldrick are an amazing team. Not only are they qualified and very capable to handle the installation they were very concerned with even the most minute details, leaving us with an excellent product. No regrets at all working with them.

We had our 1st cup of coffee on our patio this morning and were so pleased with the installation. And looking back on day one, with that telephone call, we do not regret our decision.

The price point was excellent and so was the installation.

What a great crew. Very professional and did a top notch job. We would definitely recommend them. It's a great company and you won't be disappointed
