I am extremely happy with the new DECRA roof I recently purchased from GS Exterior Experts. I highly recommend that you consider this company if you need a new roof. From the very beginning, Jacob Dodge was a pleasure to work with. He answered the questions my family had about the different product options and kept in constant communication about the project once it began. I never felt like Jacob was pressuring me for a sale and always found that he had my best interests in mind when he made a recommendation, sometimes resulting in me saving money on the project. After considering bids from other companies, we found that GS Exterior Experts were very competitively priced. Additionally, Jacob and his team were excellent about following up after they provided us with a bid and did not desert us, like we experienced with other companies. During installation, Oswald Hernandez and his crews worked tirelessly to get the project done promptly and professionally. I really appreciated their efforts to ensure our home was protected when it rained during the project and also their willingness to work on weekends to keep the project completion date on schedule. Ernest and Oswald were great to work with. We initially reached out in 2020 about a siding project, and each year Ernest would send one quick check-in with updated prices (if we wanted them), but never once hounded us unlike some other companies we got quotes from. Once we finally reached out to let him know we were ready to go, they were very prompt and within 3-4 weeks they got started. The job was finished in less than a week for a three story home, and our house now looks incredible and bird-free! (Goodbye nuthatches, northern flickers, and tree swallows.) The team was professional and friendly while on site. They cleaned up everything on the last day leaving our deck, patio, and yard looking better than when they started. Best of all, you cannot beat their price. If you’re skeptical because their quote is lower than anyone else, don’t be. Sometimes a good thing is actually a good thing, and GS Exterior Experts is a good thing! We’ll be reaching out to them for all of our home exterior projects moving forward!

We had GS Exterior Experts install new James Hardie siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters on our home. Oswald, Wesley and their crew were wonderful to work with onsite -- very communicative and respectful. After a terrible hail storm tore through our vinyl siding, we contacted Mr. Ernest Lopez and he walked us through the process of replacing our siding and gutters, from creating color harmony between the siding, the trim and the shutters to insulating the home with a protective barrier. This is an amazing company, under the supervision of their Project Manager, Mr. Oswald Hernández, my home’s exterior was covered in James Hardie siding. This project was completed a little over a year ago, and I have since been exceptionally impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. I have enthusiastically recommended them to family and friends, including neighbors who stopped by and asked about our great looking siding. Any issues and or concerns were always addressed by Mr. Hernandez within 1 to 2 business days with personal courtesy and professionalism.

We had them install beautiful James Hardie siding on our mountain home. From John, owners initial quote and time to Oswald and Jaime managing the project and crew, I couldn't be more impressed. We had them install the color siding but trim didn't have colors we liked so we painted ourselves. They made sure it was all delivered for only the items to paint and second delivery for stuff to install closer to project start. The crew attended to every detail including some weird areas with an addition we did to the house. They are truly experts of this product, made sure things are sealed up properly, manually hand painted all touch up areas and even painted the cut end of the trim we painted. We fully expected to have to do the touch up ourself. They were all very kind and did a great job cleaning up throughout the day and after each day, even in our heavy winds in the mountains. We had multiple quotes to compare and these guys we in line with the rest but their service heavily exceeded my expectations, which are all the items you can't put on the quote.

In August 2025, GS Exterior Experts replaced the vinyl siding on our Boulder house with James Hardie siding, along with soffits, gutters and several windows. Working with GS Exterior Experts and their Project Manager Oswald Hernandez was a very pleasant experience for us. We can recommend this company for their high-quality work and their excellent interaction with their customers. All team members worked extremely hard, were well organized, communicated well with us throughout the entire project, and stayed on schedule. We are very happy with GS Exterior Experts' workmanship and will definitely consider them for future exterior projects on our house.

We are absolutely thrilled with the new siding installed by GS Exteriors! From the very first consultation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process and pricing. Their 3D modeling software helped us choose the perfect James Hardie siding style and color for our home, and the entire project was completed exactly on schedule. Armani was available to answer all of our questions about their bid and the way the crew would handle some of the unique aspects of our home including the solar energy box and the dish.

We had a couple of minor miscommunications about the location for materials and the dumpster at the start of the job but the project manager, Oswald, was responsive to our concerns and handled them immediately. The crew, led by Wesley and Erlyn, was fantastic—they were incredibly efficient and their attention to detail was top-notch. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfectly installed, and the quality of their craftsmanship is evident in the final result. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the site each day, which we greatly appreciated. They handled a couple of unpredicted issues quickly and professionally.

After recently meeting with four different siding companies, we hired GS Exterior Experts to install James Hardie siding and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.

Needing a new roof, I put the job out for bid. The Colbalt Exteriors company was selected to do the job. I found the company professional not only the leadership, but the crew also. The cost was reasonable and fair. and most importantly the quality of the work was outstanding. Working with Kevin and Corbin was a pleasure.

Cobalt exteriors took our deposit in June of 2022 and never did work. They scheduled a date to start work, didn’t show up and then had weeks of unresponsiveness from Kevin (the owner). When they finally called us, they acted as if nothing had happened. We voiced that we weren’t pleased, and Corbin (the owners son I believe) simply hung up on us. They wouldn’t answer our calls or emails. We never heard from them again and never received a refund of our 3500 deposit. The BBB profile for this business shows they have done this to numerous customers.

Very happy with my new roof and skylight. the Cobalt team was fantastic, work was well done in a timely fashion, site cleanup was well done, communication with the supervisor was excellent, employees were polite. Would definitely hire again!

Porch replacement: Had a great experience with this company - special thanks to Lisa, Ryan, Kevin, Corbin, Tanner and Chase. Lisa responded immediately to an on-line request for info - friendly and professional; Ryan worked on estimate and had it ready before he left. Job was scheduled right away. Company owner Kevin came out in person to deliver the trailer for debris. When work was complete, Corbin spotted a wayward plank used and Tanner came out to replace it. Appreciated the way I was treated by this team. Located in Woodinville but team members came all the way out to south Seattle to help me with my project.

Kevin and the team recently replaced our roof. While on site they were very considerate, came and communicated every morning, cleaned up after themselves and followed up to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The roof looks great & I would recommend Cobalt Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof.

Cobalt did a great job on our roof repair. They were quick to send someone out to give an estimate and fit us in within two weeks. They were responsive to questions/requests and provided before and after pictures of the repair.

I had a great experience with Cobalt Exteriors from the moment I spoke with Lisa. I was concerned about the siding of my house as the weather is getting wetter by the day. She was my first point of contact and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made me feel like I had made a great choice. She told me that Kevin, her husband would be coming out to address my concerns and that they are a family business(son also works with them), and that they would give me the best possible advise without any sales agenda. Kevin arrived on time and walked around my home calling out some minor things that I could do to prolong the life of my siding. I'm sure that I will be doing business with Lisa and Kevin in the near future.

I contracted Cobalt for work in August. They were supposed to do my siding, gutters, and build me a new deck/porch.

They completed the work on the gutters and most of the contracted work on the siding, but have no started any work on the porch. That was in September.

As of December 4th, 2024, Cobalt refunded me for the work that was not yet done.

Cobalt Exteriors did a wonderful job on our recent exterior renovation project. They replaced our roof and installed Hardee siding, gutters, downspouts, two windows, a front door, and two sets of hand rails. They also removed a wooden front porch that was in bad shape. Cobalt did all of this work at a very fair price in comparison to the other quotes we received. We also appreciated they could do all of this work, instead of having to hire out other contractors for say removal of the deck or installation of the front door. Once the work started, Cobalt was excellent about keeping us in the loop and phasing the project so things like the dumpster and portable toilet were on site for as little time as necessary. They kept a clean worksite and all of the craftsmen (and craftswomen) were professional and timely. Cobalt is a customer service oriented company who made sure we were 100% happy with the end result. The beauty of the final product speaks for itself and should give us decades of peace of mind that the exterior envelope of our home is in good shape.
