I just want to thank Approved Contractor for a hassle free service from beginning to the end. Before choosing Approved Contractor, I had received several quotes for my window replacement project. As I found out it was going to be a long and tedious process. However, after speaking to Jared from Approved Contractors, he made us feel at ease answering all our questions with no pressure to purchase anything. We knew that the right choice was Approved Contractor. The whole process was super easy and quick. Once the Windows arrived it only took them 1 ½ days to replace 13 Windows on a two story home. That is impressive! Our windows were at least 30 years old, with that comes no noise reduction and very little protection against the cold winters and the hot summers. Once all windows were replaced, our home had a cozier feel due to the whole house having normal room temperature in every corner of the house and noise reduction was very noticeable. Overall getting the windows replaced was a great investment. We can feel the difference that these windows have made, as well as my family when they come to visit. Not only have these windows provided us comfort with the weather elements, you can tell these windows are built to last and are quality made. I also want to thank the window installers. Lalo the main Foreman was awesome, very detailed, knowledgeable, clean and a true professional. The project was finished fast with no delays or issues. I can honestly say this is the first time i have had five Star experience with any contractor i have hired. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with the windows. Finding an honest, reliable contractor is super hard, one thing I can say with all honestly is Approved Contractor is that reliable and honest contractor you can use on you window replacement project. I know I will definitely use them on our next home and will recommend them to family and friends.

Genuinely a caring company. I had French doors fitted by them and I’m thrilled. As you all know, it’s always great when things go well but we had a little miscommunication, but I did not need to worry as Justin brought out his Team and we reviewed the job and everybody was very happy! To me that shows a good company as they did not have to do this for me. I would most certainly use them again them to my friends and family already.

Mike Waters contacted me and set up a time to meet. We immediately felt comfortable working with Mike. He was punctual, was a straight shooter, and backed up everything he promised. We had a general idea of how much the project would cost and Mike was in our target range.
We had new construction windows installed, Hardie cement siding, new stucco, and a texture coat finish. We love the windows and the guys that installed them were first class all the way. It’s amazing what new windows can do for a home!

Most of our time, though, was dealing with Jesus and his crew. From demo to final clean up, he and his crew were on top of things. We were especially impressed with Jesus’ eye for detail. He went above and beyond a number of times.

I’m not sure if Approved Contractors is the cheapest company but I can certainly say they are worth every penny! We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Recently, I had a stucco wall project completed by Approved Contractor. I chose this company because of its excellent ratings, and after the work was done, I completely understood why their reviews are so positive. The quality of their work is superb, the employees are courteous, and the company’s owner personally followed up to ensure the job met my satisfaction. I am truly impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer service.

Working with Approved Contractor was great. They were very professional and after getting four different quotes they came in right in the center and seemed the most reasonable. Jared guarantees his work for four years. I had 6 windows and a sliding glass door. The foreman Lalo worked with one other person to get this all done in one day. He was very friendly, professional and put up with all my questions throughout the day. I would highly recommend Approved Contractor.

The Approved Contractor Team is one of the most professional companies I've hired to help improve my 1908 Craftsman home. The office was very communicative, the foreman was polite and courteous, the painters we're great problem solvers and friendly. The project was done in about a month- there were some needed gaps due to rain. This is a company that prioritizes quality materials, great service, and fantastic warranties. I recently had the pleasure of working with Approved Contractor for a renovation project on my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of their service and professionalism. I had water leaks from the intense rain season which required me to not only redo all my stucco walls but brand new windows to replace the cheap retrofits. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their dedicated team and commitment to excellence. Approved Contractor transformed my home from a quaint but dingy Mediterranean stucco house with a terracotta roof to a sleek modern look that matched our solar roof (installed by a solar specialist). They handled everything from the messy stucco removal to installation of fiber cement panels to painting and finish work. Their attention to detail was fantastic, throughout the process they offered valuable opinions on options for trim work modifications and handled unexpected events like discovering and fixing structural rot behind the stucco near some misaligned sprinkler heads. Most importantly, when a materials shortage from the factory caused some significant delays they hounded the manufacturer until the blockage was cleared and restarted immediately upon receipt of the new materials instead of reassigning the team to other projects. We're very pleased with the final results and can't wait to use them to replace our suddenly dated-looking fence.

I had new windows installed at my condo and got estimates from three contractors. One never came to the property—just asked for measurements and sent a generic quote. Another was extremely pushy and tried to force a same-day decision, and he was the highest bid.

Approved Contractor was the clear winner. Their sales rep came out in person, was professional and low-pressure, explained all my options, provided full license and insurance info, and left me with a detailed written estimate. Their pricing was in the middle, but the service and professionalism made it the best value by far.

Once my HOA approved the windows, the team installed all five custom units within the quoted four-week lead time and completed the job in under a day. They also took down all of my brand-new blinds and reinstalled them perfectly—like nothing ever happened. The installer communicated clearly, gave me a heads-up before finishing so I could return to inspect, and the final product looks great.

I recently had my siding, soffit, and fascia replaced on my house. I have included before and after photos and the transformation has been nothing short of amazing.

My house was built in 1965 and the original stucco was underneath the aluminum siding and faux rock plastic siding. I decided to go with James Hardie plank siding which led me to Approved Contractor. It was very important to me that I use a contractor certified by James Hardie to install their products.

The amount of work involved is beyond what one would imagine. The first stage is the demolition which will remove everything until the framing of the house is exposed. The framing will be inspected and anything that needs to be replaced is replaced while exposed. If the house is like mine and needs insulation the insulation will be installed prior to installation of the OSB. A weatherproof wrap is then installed over the OSB and flashing is installed around the windows and doors.By the time the new Hardie plank siding is installed, your house will be airtight. No more drafts and no more access for critters either.

Once the siding is installed and the job is complete, there will be noticeable improvements. My son drives a 2024 Toyota GR-86. Before the siding was replaced the windows would shake and you could hear the car every time he started it. Now, not only do the windows not shake, but I cannot hear the car.

My dog no longer barks when neighbors move their trash cans for trash day. I can no longer hear the interstate either. The house maintains the heat from the day and the heater has not kicked on yet since the installation was completed.

The job was completed by a crew of four guys who showed up on time every day. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and there is no denying they take pride in their work. Every day they cleaned up before leaving and closed the gates to the back yard.

The vents in the house were all replaced with Vulcan vents so the house is as fireproof or fire resistant as it can be.

The quality of workmanship was above and beyond what I expected and could have hoped for.
