They were here within 2 hours of calling, found the issue in minutes and now my heat works as should and does not run constant . I’ve had this issue for 2 winters nobody could find a problem. Cudd is now my go to . Thank you so much

Noticed my unit wasn’t cooling as I thought it should. Called Cudd Heating and Air about mid-morning. Ryan arrived around mid-afternoon and had everything operating properly in a short time. Thanks for the prompt friendly service.

AC went out night prior called them the following morning(and s couple times that night) and even though they were a technician down the owner himself came out and handled it. My only complaint is their website claims 24/7 service but It seems it’s 8-5 hour of operation is more accurate.

Called Cudd Heating and Air regarding our old HVAC unit not working. They came out the next day. Fixed the old unit to work temporarily till we could get our new unit in. They answered every question, explained all of our options, and never tried to up sell a product or service. It was a very pleasing experience dealing with Cudd Heating and Air.

I originally called for a second opinion, and now I am a customer for life. Cudd showed up on time and were straight forward about the condition and age of my unit. They took the time to explain different options that could replace my worn out unit. The unit I ordered showed up before I quickly and was installed within a few short hours. I appreciate Cudd's honesty, integrity, and efficiency.

We realized there was an issue with our unit and tried to troubleshoot it ourselves since costs are so outrageous these days for any repair work...or so we thought. We called Cudd Heating and Air and a gentleman came out same day. My husband discussed what he had done and the gentleman listened intently and then immediately fixed the problem. No fuss no muss. Barely over the price of basic charge for coming out which was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

The technican has lied to us and American Home Shield. Weeks would go by without returning a phone call or text message. Voicemail box was always full. A simple part replacement was turned into a whole system replacement which he tried pushing on me from the very first time he came out to do a repair. He stood at my open backdoor smoking a cigarette which the smoke then came into my non-smoking home. Upon his final repair he had his minor children with him and his wife the entire time. To finish it off he sent his oldest son, looked to be 13, into my attic ALONE to retrieve a tool he left behind. He then scheduled the entire replacement with AHS without ever contacting us, the customer, and getting our approval for the replacement. Stated our unit had multiple holes leaking freon, yet having a different A/C repair person confirmed the pressures and temps were perfection a week later. He is a liar.

They came out on a weekend to service my AC unit, ended up buying another unit from these guys. Gave me the best price. Great communication.

I would highly recommend Cudd Heating and Air if you are in need of an AC replacement. Andy and his team did an outstanding job replacing my unit quickly and efficiently. When the work was complete they took the time to clean their work areas and left it just like they found it. I will definitely be using them going forward for any service or repairs. Thanks again!!

Yesterday our AC broke down—the capacitor had given up the ghost—and the house felt like an oven. I called Cudd Heating and Air, and to my relief they came the very same day. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but the cost was much lower than I expected. They even recharged the gas in my old (2002) unit without any fuss.
