Robert is the young man who came out to my place concerning an electric issue with my hot water tank and during his investigation he came up with a solution quickly.
He was kind and very knowledgeable.
Highly recommended!

They are extrememly friendly and professional. Made sure that i knew what was going on and gave me options to fix our old fusebox. Great team there! Robert especially was on point from beginning to end, couldnt be happier

Rise Electric arrived early to bury our 170 foot well pump power line. They arrived early and were done within 2hrs. They made sure we had water inside as well at the well. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. They were awesome. Highly recommend them.

Chris did a great job!!! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely have Chris do additional electrical work for me in the future.

Chris from Rise showed up on time in the icy weather to come help us today. He was awesome. We discussed our situation and he gave us sound and knowledgeable advice. Customer service is often discussed as a detractor more often than we give praise for greatness. Chris from Rise went above and beyond, had wonderful rapport building skills and made us all instantly comfortable with him being in our home. Highly recommend.

Robert was our electricain that greeted us this morning. He asked if we had any questions before he started troubleshooting.
He found the problem and was able to fix it. We'll use there services again should a need arise.

We just went through a terrible storm Helene and the power went out. A tree fell on my power line and ripped the main breaker box and meter off the house a few days later the power was back on before I could get it fixed. I couldn’t get it fixed until the power company disconnected the power. After a week of worrying till it was disconnected I couldn’t get an electrician to come out quickly until I called Rise Electric. They came out the next day and gave me an estimate and they came back 2 days later and fixed it . They took care of the permit and everything. I now have power after going 2 weeks without power. They got the job done quickly and I am happy with it.

**$1,800 for a Basic Outlet Install – Plus Faulty Wiring & False Promises!**

I am beyond disappointed with Rise Electrical Service Company. Their pricing is outrageously inflated, their work is substandard, and their customer service is dishonest. Here’s why:

1. **Highway Robbery Pricing**
- They charged me $1,800 to install a $160 attic fan from Lowe’s.
- The actual electrical work? Just installing a single outlet 4 feet from the sub-panel in an open, easily accessible attic—a job that should cost a few hundred dollars max.
- They offered a $400 "discount" only if I used their roofer, who then claimed the fan "wasn’t right" and tried to upsell me. Now, they only offered to refund me another $400 (which I did not receive), leaving me $1,400 out of pocket for a simple outlet install!

2. **Failed Inspection & Incorrect Subpanel Wiring**
- Their subpanel installation in my main panel was done incorrectly and won’t pass inspection. A problem I pointed out, yet they still haven’t fixed it!
- This is not just incompetence, it’s a safety hazard.

3. **False Claims About Wiring Interference**
- They lied to me, claiming the high-voltage wire they installed wouldn’t interfere with the existing low-voltage wiring in the same conduit. This is completely false and could cause serious issues.

After all of the above, all attempts to contact them have gone unanswered and the message received from calling the main number suddenly says “Rise Electric is no longer servicing customers. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

**Avoid This Company at All Costs!**
Rise Electrical Service Company overcharges, cuts corners, and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their work is unsafe, their pricing is predatory, and their promises are worthless.
