Amazing service

BEST plumber in rock hill!!!

I called mike with a bath and sink problem. He got to my house on time we even got to talk for awhile I would call him any time I need plumbing!

Well I called this plumber and he set up an appt for the following day and never seen or heard from him. I called bus several times the day of appt and left messages and still several days later I’ve not heard from him! Thankfully I was able to call a reliable plumber that afternoon and they did show up! Never again will I call this person at least have the respect to call and say you not coming!!!!

Mike is a top notch very kind guy! Called him this morning because our kitchen sink was backing up and I had tried to fix it myself with no luck. He quickly responded and set up an appointment for this afternoon. He got here right on time and did not leave until everything was back to better than before! Very respectful and even great to talk to. Would use him again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for such a great experience!

MGK Plumbing was Awesome when I had various plumbing issues.. Mike came to assess the issue the same day I called, and resolved ASAP to limit our inconvenience of not having water. Very fair repair price, and I would highly recommend to EVERYONE!

One Saturday night about 11 pm, my mother's water heater went out. I called MGK plumbing, Mike answered. Told him what was going on and that we just lost my Dad about a month before and mom was already worried and stressed about everything, that if it would be possible if he could come by in the morning to fix it? He said I'm on my way. He shows up about a hr later, starts working on it. Not long after that he had it up and going. Remind you, Mom's sleeping thru all this. He gets finished and starts cleaning up. I ask him what do we owe you for this? I knew this bill should be high but I didn't care bc with everything else going wrong with her house in the last month since dad passed away, last thing she needed was waking up with no hot water. Mike looked at me and said " I'm sorry for your lost and you don't owe me nothing". The morning comes, We tell Mom what happened and she breaks down crying. All she could say was Tell Mike she made one old lady very happy today. So Thanks Mike!! So to his Mom and Dad, you raised a good man. To his potential customers, My family to yours, You Will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE WORK OR SERVICE YOU ARE NEEDING DONE. My family recommends MGK Plumbing for all your plumbing Issues.
