Wow. Same day service, extremely detailed and clean! Honest, reliable! Even had to come back for an extra issue and took care of that as well! This was for our LG fridge…but there will be more for sure! Our new go-to appliance guy!

Had them come out for a refrigerator repair. One year later the refrigerator is having the same issue. They won’t even have the courtesy to call back. Not sure if the parts they used were used, refurbished or what, but definitely not using these folks again.

I sent in an appointment request for my microwave on Sunday. By late Tuesday, even though they advertise quick responses, I had not received an acknowledgment from them. I called them late Tuesday afternoon to see if they had received my appointment request. They had. They then told me that the reason they did not acknowledge my request was that they don’t work on microwaves. A quick note indicating that would’ve been nice. Could’ve saved me a few days waiting. All I was looking for was a little common courtesy. Didn’t get it.

We've used STAR Appliance Repair for our dishwasher before, but my call today was due to our washing machine leaking. Our service professional, Nick, was great at explaining exactly what the problem was and how it could be resolved. He showed up on time and worked efficiently.
