When we first moved into our home, 7 yrs ago, we needed a pool maintenance company.  We began using a local company but, with several issues, they could get our pool under control.  Shortly after, we switch to Precision Pool for maintenance and repair.  We have had several issues in the past 6-7 years but we can always count on Precision Pool to address them promptly and solve the problems quickly.  All issues were due to unforeseen problems that could not have been avoided and not the fault of Precision Pool.  Their maintenance crew is always on schedule and their tech crew is very knowledgeable.  Also, the girls in the office are very pleasant and extremely helpful.  If they are busy and cannot answer the phone, we always get a call back in a short period of time.We have been very happy with the service we receive from Precision Pool and would highly recommend them.

Awful experience.. they were doing hit and trial with my grown pool and sensing inexperienced technicians.. when i asked for reason they said i need to change cartridge for 328$.. i paid for 2 visits (320$) for making it worst... very unreliable service. They just send inexperienced peoples who didn’t even know how to put pump on service mode.. i hired another independent contractor and he did it in 48 hours and followed totally opposite of what precision was doing. Example. He asked not to use pump after shock whereas precision asked me to run pump at full speed for entire weekend.. stay away

Precision Pool is the best PentAir service company, they fixed my pool equipment, Andy, the technician is very polite, knowledgeable and hardworking ! The communication with company via text message is the most efficient way! I would nightly recommend them to all of the pool

I have owned a pool for the first time this past year and Precision Pool Care has been spectacular in training me and keeping my equipment running. Their employees are knowledgeable and very kind and extremely helpful. It’s always a pleasure working with them. Special call out to Heidi who goes the extra mile for her customers!

I signed up with Precision about 10 weeks ago for my brand new pool. They sent out a Supervisor"Bob" to meet with me and do my initial consultation. He was very nice and professional and went over more with me than the pool builder did. Bob set up my service and sent someone out everyday to handle the initial brushing until my pool was ready for regular weekly service. My regular Pool Tech is Brandon and he is always nice and professional. He always takes time to talk with me and educates me on my pool and seems to genuinely like his job. He also cracks me up because he always apologizes for charging me for my chemicals. I've spoken with Heidi in the office and she is always polite and friendly and most importantly Precision always answers the phone. I'm impressed so far, everyone I've met seems like they are genuinely good people and no doubt they are giving me 5 star service!

Precision pool care takes care of all of my pool's needs! They are reliable and always make sure everything is running as it should be. They always close my equipment room and gate are closed so that I don't have to worry about putting anything back - I would recommend them for your go-to pool service!

Who says customer service is dead? I had a recent experience with Precision Pool that says otherwise. When my pool encountered an unexpected outbreak of algae, Precision made extra visits to the pool (even though we are located some distance from them) and Heidi checked in almost daily until they successfully resolved the issue. This is my first experience with a pool and the attentive and understanding way that Heidi communicated with me gave me the confidence that I was dealing with professionals, a feeling that was affirmed by a positive outcome.

Alex came out and fixed my pool pump in an emergency and did a great job! Super quick fix! Thanks Alex.

I can't say enough about the care and attention that we received from Precision Pool Care. They are a wonderful company to deal with and give the absolute best customer care. They went above and beyond for us. Heidi and Andy are amazing!! Very grateful for them.

Mr. Alex was very knowledgeable on my pool parts, he got my heater up and running in no time. He also fixed my pump a few weeks ago and it’s been working great since! Like magic!

Can’t speak highly enough of Precision Pools and especially Alex. We have been having issues with the flow in our pool since it was installed 3 years ago. After trying another company and then attempting to maintain it myself we hired Precision this spring on a referral from a neighbor. We reached out to have them help troubleshoot the issue and after making some valve repairs, troubleshooting the wifi, and replacing the filters on the pump…the pool is now working much better. Alex came out on Thursday to clean the pool and again on Friday to replace the filters as my wife could not be present on Thursday and she wanted to discuss the issue with the tech. I spent time with Alex on both days and he was very personable and knowledgeable. He spent time to educate me on some maintenance items and all the components of the system. He then spent time with my wife to ensure we were satisfied our multi year issue was rectified to our satisfaction. He then spent a few minutes ti give some attention to my dog George. In a day and age when personal service and attention from vendors is missing, Precision Pools has restored my faith that is still possible. Also would like to thank Heidi who is my internal contact at Precision for billing and scheduling for maintenance & repairs. Always responds quickly to my texts and requests for quotations. When the replacement of the valves didn’t resolve our issue, she personally made a house call to meet with my wife as I was traveling and diagnosed the issue with the filters. She does and outstanding job servicing our account and is apparently equally or more knowledgeable that some of the techs. Thank you Precision Pools!! Happy to take the time to write this review for you.

One more note….after reading some of the negative reviews, most seemed to be about pricing. While I agree Precision does point to pool issues that require some repairs that seem costly…I would warn against taking the “lowest cost” approach to maintenance and repairs of a pool. I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. You can cost yourself more in the long run. Had an issue with my pump earlier this year making a loud noise. They told me the pump drive was bad and the replacement was costly. Heidi took the time to research the serial number of my pump with Jandy despite not being the company that sold it to me. They advocated with the manufacturer on my behalf and received the parts at no cost so I only had to pay for labor. Lets face it….pools are expensive. We should all know that going in.

Alex did a pool inspection for my clients on a home they are purchasing, and was excellent! Very knowledgeable and thorough, and did a great job at explaining everything to the buyers. His knowledge not only on this pool, but future options, pros/cons of different features, etc, was super helpful. So much so they want to use them for ongoing maintenance packages once their sale closes. And Heidi worked to get the report to us before the weekend, with a Friday inspection. Great team all around!

We had a power interruption to our pool equipment. Precision came out within 2 hours of calling and was able to immediately diagnose and fix the issue within minutes. There was prompt follow up with additional parts that needed to be replaced. They had the part ordered and replaced all within a matter of days. With the pending ice storm our concern was timing of repairs - which Precision Pool completely alleviated with their seemingly prompt standard of care. Will be using Precision Pool again for repairs and maintenance needs.
