Arce Heating and AC LLC

My heating system was serviced this morning by Charli the technician. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve a concern that I have had for 13 years!!!! I have a ceiling air return grate in the upstairs landing, which is very close to the railing above the first floor. I have always been nervous about changing the filter, because of the danger of falling over and railing. I expressed my concern to Charli and he said he could fix the problem. He removed the grate and reversed it so the opening was near the wall and not the railing. Why hasn't any other technician offered this solution. I am so thankful to him!!!! I have expressed this concern to every technician over the 13 years I have lived here, but this is the first time someone offered a solution!!!! I will request him in the future for my services. He explained thoroughly the service he performed, potential concerns and options. This was a pleasant start to a day!!!!! Thank you Charlie.

Charli was here to do our annual AC inspection and maintenance. He did an excellent job of checking and cleaning everything and then was super helpful in explaining everything about our system. We discussed ways to make the system more efficient and long-term options for when our (getting old) systems need replacement. I hope to see Charli again in the fall when we do our heating inspection and maintenance.

ARCE rescued me again. Shane B. came within one day and fixed the problem. He was very nice, and I appreciate how they tell me exactly what the problem is and don't exaggerate. Everything is expensive these days, and they give me the option to fix it myself but I am always so grateful that the problem is fixed quickly that I just let them do the repair so my renters can be up again. I am starting to sign up for their maintenance contracts at multiple houses and I think I can trust ARCE to keep things running smoothly in the future.
