This is the 3rd time I've used Callahan's via ORHP warranty. The first was for a blower motor last year, the 2nd was to fix what IRV had messed up (compressor fan, fan capacitor and motor starter relay). This past visit was on a Friday for a vibrating rumble from my Air handler in the attic...they showed up, found the the issue with the motor shaft begin loose, but after replacing the motor discovered the fan cage was unbalanced and a proper motor made it worse. I still had cold AC so they said they'd check for the part and come back Monday or Tuesday. I said Mondays and Fridays are good, come at your leisure...a few hours later I get a call asking if I'm home to replace the the same day .
Small group that want to do a good job.

I have to be honest... when I read the reviews about people having bad experiences with home warranty work i started to worry. My ac went out when I was on vacation. We called home warranty company and were referred to Callahan’s. I called Mr. Callahan the next day. He was very polite and professional. He was out that day to assess the situation. Got my unit up and running. When I got home from work it had stopped again. I called him back and he told me not to worry that he would be out first thing the next day. Next day he was here with the part we needed. Changed it got us back up and running. Told us how to keep the unit running longer and more efficiently. So I would recommend Callahan’s to anyone that needs ac repair. Thank you Mr Callahan!
