We lost our a/c on a Saturday during the extreme temps and Freeman’s took care of it quickly and professionally. Quick call back during off hours and they knew what the problem was based off of our findings. They saved us a costly temporary fix and got the coil replacement done quickly. Thank you!

First off I love this company. We are a first time client, but they treated us like family. We hired another company and they came out few days ago, charged for repairs. Later after they left, our ac went out for 2 more days. We called and Freeman's came out, the owners son and another young tech showed up,Diagnosed, cleaned and repaired our unit. Apparently the other company didn't check out freon or clean the coils. Our coils were caked up with dust from all this rain and humidity. Highly recommend this company to everyone. and they offer a maintenance plan for the whole year to be serviced twice, and it's less then we paid the other company for 1 time.

ONLY 5 STARS????? this company should receive 10+ stars. Thank you employees of Freemans HVAC....y'all are outstanding.....You are better than Marvel Heros. My thanks as well as my family thank you for getting our systems up and running! Outstanding Company.............Everyone should work with Freeman's.

We are extremely appreciative of the knowledge and service provide by Freeman’s. We had a puzzling issue with our system that caused us to lose heat several times in the middle of winter. They came right out, utilized resources, explained things to us every step of the way, problem solving until the issue was resolved. Every single person we encountered at Freeman’s, every time was exceptional; professionalism and top notch service at its best. We will never use anyone else and recommend them at any opportunity.

Freeman Air & Heat Fort Mill,SC Josh,Ben,Bo Sierra were all superb from beginning to end.I was without air fir 2 months dealing with a warranty company I won't name. I called Freeman's explained my dilemma within 2 days Ben and Bo showed up and took me out of my misery. 😁Always very professional explained step by step what the procedure was so I could understand.
Ordered my unit it was installed as promised 🙌 ☺
I would use them again and again.What an amazing group of young men not afraid to work and do a great job.I can't thank them enough for my now comfortable home.

The service I received was more than five stars I wish I could have given them a whole lot more! Sierra is always so wonderful and accommodating and so was David and Michael that came out to check the unit! If you need your HVAC unit service you need to contact them!

Freeman's HVAC is the BEST of the BEST. I've been with them for about 10 years and never disappointed. Recently I called for inspection and repair of HVAC items identified on a buyers inspection report. They were able to respond within 24 hours, reviewed and resolved all open items and provided a follow up report within 24 hours thereafter. Office (Sierra) and Tech's (David and Bo) are always pleasant to work with. There is no close second to this HVAC company.

Updated: Freemans just installed a 2nd Daikin Fit system to control our upstairs. I had the same experience as below once again. You cannot go wrong with them, they will take care of you.

Josh and the team installed a Daikin Fit system in our house that replaced the original. The system is whisper quiet…we can actually sit out back in the summer and have conversations and hear each other. The comfort of the indoor air changed dramatically. I’ve had the system a couple years now, my utility bills have been about one-third less than before..and we don’t skimp on wanting it as cool or warm when we want it. Love having the ability to control the hvac from my phone now as well.

They do great quality work, price very competitively, and bring that personal caring touch that does not exist much anymore.

Updating 17 months later: our AC unit has broken down 4 times since we’ve gotten it installed and the furnace once. We keep on top of changing filters, but the unit breaks repeatedly. We’ve spent too much for this to constantly happen.

My husband and I knew we had to replace our 15-year-old HVAC system but were dreading it. I’m grateful I reached out to Freemans for a quote. Not only do they offer a quality product, but also affordable prices. The work was scheduled much sooner than I expected and the installation was wrapped up in half a day. All workers were respectful and kind. Highly recommend this company!

Incredibly unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment and told them I would call back if I needed to cancel. They followed up with me via text after our phone call and asked for my email. I gave my email and sent them a picture of our unit asking if they can confirm they work on Lennox, the last thing we want to do is spend $119 to have them come out only to learn they don’t carry the parts.

They refused to confirm they work on Lennox and then proceeded to cancel my appointment and told me to look elsewhere. I am flabbergasted. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They also had the highest diagnostic fee of anyone I contacted. It was nice they could come out the soonest, but that’s probably because they are overpriced and cancel peoples appointments.

It’s really irritating to not have to reschedule once but twice. I get that emergency repairs will net the company more money but I also don’t have a job with the kind of flexibility to reschedule once a whim so thanks for that.

Edit: I do understand emergency repairs and was very gracious the first time. This appointment was scheduled weeks out and the 2nd rescheduled screwed me over as well.

Do not use this service. It is overpriced. I needed to get my gas service connected and disconnected as we were having new laminate floor installed.

It cost $119 for the technician to just come out to our house. The another $250 for them to disconnect and connect the stove gas line. It was a 5 minute job at best.

I was told of the $119 fee which I was led to believe would be my full cost for the service. The $250 I do not recall being discussed. The additional cost was not disclosed.

I spoke with the office and owner and they were not sympathetic to the high cost and my frustration with the service.
