We had the pleasure of having Robert service our home today, and we couldn't be more impressed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in his work. He took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all of our questions, and made sure every concern was addressed before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and his attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommend Robert and the entire team — outstanding service from start to finish!

Sylvester was very kind. Considering I had been sick at this point for 8 days, he was patient with me answering the door.

Chris was very thorough and even pulled my stove out to check for mice. He re-baited where necessary and sprayed each room for spiders. He also cleared spider webs and treated outside

Just completed our first service with Antoine and we are very pleased with his great customer service skills. He answered all of our questions and made sure to address all the problem areas. The lady on the phone ho helps with scheduling was also very polite and helpful. We are looking forward to seeing a decrease in mosquitoes, flies, and palmetto bugs.

Mike did a Great Job! He was on time, polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. He eplained in detail, the time it would take to resolve the problem I was having with ants. He even said to follow-up with him on Monday if the problem re-occurred. When you work with Mike, he's not gonna leave the job - until the job is done right! And I for one, really appreciate that!

The tech that came out Robert Strait was great, personable and did the work I expected. He also took the time to explain the plan I was getting versus what I THOUGHT I was getting when I signed up.

Be careful of the “Door Knockers” . They don’t tell you the whole story and are very high pressure.

However Customer service is phenomenal and because they didn’t offer what I really wanted on a monthly basis at the cost I was promised by a door knocker they tried to work with me with NO high pressure.

In the end I cancelled, because all I want is mosquito treatment monthly and they don’t offer just that service.

Tech was very nice and apologized for the schedule mixup. He did nothing wrong. He said he just received the work assignment 5 minutes ago.

Chris was super nice and informative! He let us know what we were signing and confirmed what services we were getting and also let us know when we was finished.
