These people are a SHAM. DO no use them!!!!!!!! They take a whopping 15 minutes to "clean" a pool and when they're gone the pool is STILL DIRTY! DO NOT. Owner is a jerk and does NOT care.

Did not return calls. Did not respond to complaints. Service guy came and did not look inside the pump but said we needed to clean our filters which were brand new and just cleaned. Total waste of time trying to use them.

Watch out for this company. All about the money and not about the actual hard work it takes to keep the pools clean and running properly without causing issues to make them more money. Keep your eyes open with this company!!

We have used Precision Pool Care this summer for our pool maintenance and we are VERY pleased with the service and professional care.

Service has really improved since they removed the last manager in June 2017. When im given a time and a quote I can trust it will be done. My renters are happy with their service.

My service for three and a half years.
More expensive than other services and charge for chemicals used during normal service. Recently installed a new motor on pump and apparently stripped the threads on one of the bolt housings. It will not tighten and now I need a new housing too. No longer my service.

I have used Precision since our pool was built 15 years ago. Very good folks, great service, and they follow through with what they commit. Highly recommended!

If I could give less than one star and give negative stars, I would!!! Stay far away from this company. Run! They take your money and keep taking it for parts that ultimately fail and offer poor solutions for expensive prices! We threw so much money down the drain and when we finally switched to a new pool company, we were shown just how much we were “screwed” and how. Their mark-ups are astronomical and unfair. Please shop around before settling on this company!

the worst. Precision caused $21,000 damage to my pool.Over several months a testing error caused the technician to add large amounts of acid to pool causing large black stains in plaster. Refused to take responsibility

Called Precision Pool and they gave me a date to come out. I had to wait over a week. They called the day before to say they would be at my house in the morning. I called the next morning to find out what time. I was then informed that they would not be coming as I lived a little outside of their area of service. I could have been told this when I first called rather than waiting all this time.

Jevin cleaned my pool very well fast and efficient

I was looking for a pool company for two years that would not just take my money and would say they were coming but not only didn't show up but would string me along over and over again. Precision didn't do that they came when they said they would they explained there rates and there process clearly. I have been very stratified and kevin the pool tech was great he walked us through everything.I will be using them as long as I have a inground pool. The best

In addition to weekly service, we just had our pool light replaced & old stains treated and we are very satisfied. They knocked both out in under an hour taking less time than initially quoted. They were happy to work around our schedule and were complete pros!

Brandon did such a great job on our pool. Our pool had a ton of algae and I made some pool care mistakes that he helped me figure out. He was super helpful and turned our pool from a scary murky greenish hue to crystal clear just in time for my 14 year old's pool party! We could not be happier! Thank you Precision Pool. We will always use you for any pool service.

Absolutely horrendous service please stay away. They wouldn't tell us when they are coming to clean the pool and sometime they were here for less than 10 minutes. After a while they refused to come because our dog was barking inside too much. Moved on to a new company and our pool looks better in 3 days than 2 months of precision pool. They had us empty our pool halfway just to have us fill it back up and do nothing to it. They made us fill it up with our own water and kill our water bill!!! Stay away terrible service
