We used STOP two different times. Once for mold and once for a water leak. Both times they were super informative, quick and did a great job! I always recommend them to friends!

This company is top notch!!! Answered all my questions, were very patient with me while dealing with the insurance company. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any remediation issues you may have!! This is just one of the areas they addressed and as you can see, they left it nice and neat and clean!! The owner, office staff, Jason, Danny and Zac were so great to work with!!

Jason and Kaleigh from STOP Restoration Services did an amazing job at my house, they were knowledge, respectful and kind, call them if you need any Restorations at your house or business.

Amazing service. They fought with my insurance company to make sure everything was paid for. They are in consistent communication with you throughout their work. I used them for water damage and a lightening strike. It was fixed back to back.
They did forget to issue me a credit.I contacted them a few weeks later. They apologized profusely, and it was back on my card by end of day without question or hesitation. They were extremely busy which is so understandable. Highly recommend

Caley and her team were absolute life savers! We needed all our floors ripped up and dried out due to a leak and mold. They were quick, responsive and so so kind. We have a toddler at home and I’m 8 months pregnant, they did everything to get the issue resolved as quick as possible so we could have flooring back in our home. They worked with our insurance, which was no easy task! We are so grateful for Caley and team!!!

Polite! Explained everything as they were doing it. Prompt. Efficient. Kept the area clean and picked up after demo of wet flooring. Even moved furniture for us.
They checked back daily to ensure floor was drying appropriately. Installed no less than 4 dehumidifiers to accomplish the drying process with the least inconvenience to us. They did not rush the drying process; made sure to not remove dehumidifiers/fans until the areas were within the dry limits.
I have absolutely no complaints with their work; I’d hire them again for any of their services.
I highly recommend STOP Restoration Services, for any/all of their expertise in doing the work they specialize in.

Reasonable estimate, professional team and was able to get it scheduled very quickly

We had an issue in our home … on Sunday … on Memorial Day weekend! Stop Restoration was there so fast … even quicker than their estimated arrival. Completed the job quickly and efficiently and effectively. The tech was both knowledgeable and pleasant. Trust me on this one … 5 stars from start to finish. Danny and Jason were amazing. I was told they would come out between 1-1:30 and they showed up at my door at 12:59. They were knowledgeable and gave me all the answers I needed to make a decision.

Finding mold in your home is a terrifying thing. From the moment I reached out, Caley was great and so helpful. She had a crew out within an hour. She communicated with me every day of the process and answered all of my questions. Jason and Danny took care of my house as if it were their own and they sent updates and pictures along the way.
