This company is very professional, affordable, dependable and super friendly! Shane, Brandon and Micheal were awesome to work with! The owners Shane and Brandon go above and beyond to make sure the work is done correctly and timely. They were very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure that the problems that existed were fixed and what wasn’t done properly (by someone else) was also fixed the right way. I be can not thank them enough for the professional and amazing work they did to our home. We will be forever costumers!!!

I needed a sewer line repaired on a rental property. Affordable Plumbing ( Michael) showed up on time. He was very professional and offered options on repairing the line. He was conscious of the cost and recommended an affordable option. He even added a new valve box at my request. He cleaned up the work site meticulously and was a great representative for Affordable Plumbing. I have now found my new “go to” plumbing company!

Super thankful for their responsiveness and willing to go the extra mile! We were out of town and we had a leak near the pressure reducer valve. Our neighbor made us aware of it, so I called Affordable Plumbing. He came the next day and texted me on a regular basis, sent me pictures via text, and resolved the issue all while I was out of town. He was thorough, kind, and worked hard to resolve our issue. Would recommend them for their responsiveness, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile!

Michael did a great job replacing our outdated water heater with a new one and rebuilding a broken toilet. I've used Affordable Plumbing twice and they are always on time, professional and quick. I highly recommend them.

What an awesome group of young men! Brandon and Shawn are very professional and knowledgeable, their work is spot on and they take pride in cleaning behind themselves, and show you everything that they are doing so there are no surprises! I have been using them since 2015 and for the work they completed today, I’m positive I will never have to call them to unclog anything! They have hired another intelligent, professional who’s name is Michael who also is knowledgeable and takes pride in making sure the customer is please, between the 3 of them, North Augusta and Augusta should know they are definitely dependable and very professional to be so young, I was truly blessed last Friday and again today by their presence and service! Can't say enough about this company. I was very impressed with them. They did an entire tear out and install of my plumbing, drains and supply lines. Also installed a new tankless water heater. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing for your needs. Their professionalism, work ethics and competitive quoting make me glad that I chose them for the job. They did a great job! Give them a call. I'll be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

Affordable Plumbing came to our rescue. A friend recommended we call them to help us with a sewer line repair. They coordinated the street repair with the city and then did their side of the repair. It took only two short days of work to complete the job - if there weren't so many roots, I'm confident they could have done the job in one day. They brought machinery on the second day to ensure the job got done quickly. Brandon and Shane did a great job, were super friendly and returned our yard to the way it looked before the repair. And the cost is in the name - it was the best quote we received!

I highly recommend this plumbing company. I won't ever call anyone else for a plumbing issue. Ashton took my initial phone call. She was very pleasant and professional on the phone. She told me she'd try to get someone out the same day, and she did! Michael came to my house. He is very professional and courteous. He fixed a water pressure problem that I had been having for almost two years and had pretty much been told to deal with it. Michael diagnosed and repaired the problem in such a timely manner, that I was mad I hadn't called them sooner. The price was very fair and reasonable. I would recommend Michael for any plumbing problem you have.

I found out my hot water heater was leaking so I called Affordable Plumbing. Michael came out the very next morning to assess the situation and I ended up needing a new water heater completely. It's an expense I did not want, but the price was fair and I trust this company's work and price over other local plumbers I have used. Michael quickly and accurately wrote up a quote giving me options; replacing the unit or going with a tankless one. I made a decision, he picked up the unit and came back the same day to install. He was also working around another crew who were doing repairs under my house, I appreciated that flexibility. Michaels knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness is top notch! I've had these guys come out at least 2 other times and never had a problem with their advice or repairs. Thank you all!

I want to shout out thanks to Affordable Plumbing! It’s Sunday afternoon and my water at the main connection started to leak all over the yard. I have three Grandkids at my house, toilet time was looking sketchy. A quick Google search sent me to Affordable Plumbing and within 30 mins James was at my house. Not only was he very professional, his manners and his work ethic, need I say, Perfection! Congrats to this top plumbing company! Rates are also great!

I called Brandon at 2:30 pm about my water heater was leaking and by 3:30 pm he was here with a new water heater and cleaned up all the water and then installed the water heater. I called Affordable Plumbing to replace my ice maker box on my refrigerator. They came out the next day! Michael came to my house, on time, friendly, and very professional! He identified the issue and had it fixed in less than thirty minutes! I was very well pleased! I had two other plumbing companies come to my house to give me an estimate. Both were much more than Affordable plumbing. If you’re ever in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing!

I called and asked this company what they charge to locate a leak in a shower at my 88 year old mothers house. "George" responded $75.00. I told my mother this and she called them to approve. A few days later, I swung by my mom's house to check up on her and she said that the plumbers would be arriving tomorrow to start the job and she showed me the work order. $7,000 to fix the plumbing and install a new fiberglass shower!!! The plumber said that the leak was under the ceramic tiled shower floor (upstairs) and he cut out a large "L" shape in the dining room ceiling Sheetrock so he could have access to diagnose where the leak was. After seeing his $7,000 quote (which started out as a $75 charge to find the "alleged" leak),..I called George and immediately cancelled their appointment for the next morning. After I cancelled their appointment , someone from AFFORDABLE PLUMBING showed up at my mom's to collect the $75 that they told me and my mother what it would cost to locate the leak. They must have sprinkled some water on that $75 bill because it grew into a flowering $250.00. I called another plumber and it is concluded that there is no leak in the drain pipe under the shower tiled floor. It is also agreed that a new fiberglass shower stall is not needed and definitely was never needed to begin with (for $7,000)!!! So busting up that single person 3' X 3' mosaic tiled shower floor and walls to replace it with a new fiberglass shower stall was absolutely unnecessary. I have more to add to this but will finalize it at a later time. The truth is easy to reiterate and requires no rehearsal.
