My technician was Dylan A. Was friendly and professional in checking out my unit. He found another capacitor that needed to be replaced. In addition to that we had to replace a switch box in my attic unit. We also replaced or I should say updated my duct mounting air and surface purification system (air scrubber), and we added two new surge protectors. Dylan took is time to make sure everything was done correctly and the unit is running normally.

Climate Control was prompt and did a great job on the maintenance of our entire HVAC system. They also did a wonderful job with the installation of new thermostats for our system. We appreciate the professionalism they provided in helping us get our system up to date and fully functional.

This was a return on a valve body replacement done a couple of weeks ago. I had an issue with unsatisfactory workmanship. The gentlemen that showed up were professional and undersranding. The corrected my issue quickly and apologized for the previous visit.
This company has done several things for me and I will call them again without hesitation.

This appointment was for seasonal maintenance. They were prompt, thoroughly checked the systems, changed the filters, and explained what was done. Also very friendly 😊

This company completely failed me. They came out for an HVAC issue, looked things over, and told me everything was fine. It wasn’t. The system kept struggling, so I called another company—who immediately identified and fixed the real problem. Not only did the first company waste my time and money, but they also left me in an uncomfortable house when the issue could have been resolved the first time. Very disappointing experience and I would not trust them again

I give them 2 stars because of the technician being nice. Otherwise it would be one star. When i called in, the operator did not inform me of a $275 after hours charge. Trust me i would have waited one day until monday because it was not that serious. When he got there, turns out it was an electrical issue with the city, not an issue with the air conditioning. All he ended up doing was cleaning the coils and adding refrigerant. The total ended up being +400 dollars that I could have avoided had the operator or technician informed me of the after hours charge on the phone.

Patrick was friendly, professional, and thorough in getting our systems checked. He found a few things that needed fixing and quickly replaced the missing parts. So thankful he was able to come the same morning I called.

I highly recommend this company and trust them with all my heating and air conditioning maintenance as well as unseen problems. Dylan came out today. He is professional and knows what he's doing. I appreciate that he took time to explain what he found with the system and gave me the best prices. This is a great company.

We’ve had Scott’s come out to our home for 39 years now and would never choose anyone else to fix our A/C, heat or plumbing problems. The day got off to a rocky start. After a weekend call for service on garbage disposal that had been installed only one month ago. I was told there was not a plumber on call on weekends and I would get a call back from Climate Control first thing Monday morning, That didn’t happen. I finally called them. Collin nonchalantly informed me they wouldn’t have a plumber available probably before Wednesday. After practically begging, Collin said he would check with his plumbers to see if they would finish current job early enough to take care of my problem. He would call me back. Never heard from him. I called again, never heard back from him. I called a third time, Collin had left for the day. I spoke with Heather who listened patiently to my situation. Within five minutes she contacted Myles, called me back to let me know he could be here between 5 - 6 pm. Myles did everything right. He accessed the situation, determined the problem, replaced faulty disposal. I can now start preparations for the 20 guests I have coming for Thanksgiving. Thank you Heather and especially Myles for your excellent service.

This is a really good company. Had an ac issue July 3, with a house full of guests for the weekend. They put us right on the day’s schedule and Dwight showed up to handle things. After a thorough plan of checks, he got us back up and running cool. Explained things well too. HIGHLY recommend this company!
