They showed up on time, were very friendly, honest, and efficient. They were also very patient even though I kept remembering things that needed fixing. They checked everything out at my request (might as well get it all taken care of while they're here). Extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I called Travis with coopers and he was here within 10 minutes, unclogged our pipe, and gave great advice on what to do next time! 10/10 recommend!

the owner seems unstable, after scheduling an appointment on thursday, they showed up saturday and said they probably couldn't so the work since they had a big important job with Rite Aid. I said your here??? they started the job, blew debris into my ceiling. then they said they had to leave after doubling the price they quoted. I asked when they would come back to finish ? the owner said he was pissed off and get someone else to do the job. So I did and very happy. the other work he did when he connected my sink he cut the pipes too short so it leaked. I had to redo what he did after paying cooper. Never have these crazies in my house again.

Plumber came out to my home to do a estimate for a bathroom tub repair. Said he would be back on Thursday. Said he would call when was on the way to my home. Needless to say I waited and waited. I finally called the office and was told they were not coming. After I waited all day for him to come with out even a call. Apparently they were to busy to ever come out to my home. Its a terrible experience but if you expect a job to be done then do not call this company its not dependable at all !

Great service and reasonable price. Had them regulate my water pressure because it was way too high. He was kind and inspected my water heater and fixed my toilet to flush properly.

Called two times over the course of a week - left messages, never got a return call. Found another plumber that answered the phone. Truly happy for them to be that busy, but a simple return call would have been nice.
Follow-up: I got a message from the owner - there was a serious personal issue in the family that resulted in not being able to return calls in a timely manner. In this day & age we need to cut people some slack and I completely understand and sympathize.

Travis & his dad Doug were really professional and efficient in fixing our toilets and shower head. Reasonable pricing as well. I will definitely call on them in the future. A++++ business!

Doug and Travis solved 5 plumbing issues in my home including installing a dishwasher and updating & relocating the washing machine hook up. They were prompt, efficient and very courteous. I recommend Cooper’s Plumbing very highly.

We had a leak in our bathroom sink and Travis came out within the hour and repaired and replaced all necessary equipment and further explained about our water pressure in our pipes. He will be back tomorrow to install a water pressure valve. Thank you for such great service and promptly addressing our needs.

Used Cooper's Plumbing on two separate occasions- both times they were great. Replaced a wax seal on a commode and replaced a gas hot water heater. Travis was very responsive, good communications. Will use them the next time I need plumbing services! Reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Travis Cooper at Cooper’s Plumbing! I have used him once before from a recommendation of a friend. She was not wrong! I called Travis Wednesday night after hours and he was there on Thursday to check out the problem. He was back on Friday and gave me such fantastic service! Both toilets were on the fritz and I had a leak under my house. He fixed everything in less than an hour! I highly recommend and will continue to use Travis! He is the most honest Plumber I have ever dealt with! Thank you so much!

Called on Monday to have a new kitchen faucet installed. They scheduled it for Tuesday morning and arrived right on time. The replacement was done quickly, the area cleaned up and the price was fair. Travis was polite, professional, and made sure I had the paperwork for registration of the product. Gave me the tool for the handle and was done within an hour. Couldn't have gone any better.

I wanted to give a 5-star review for Travis with Coopers Plumbing. My parents live in my husband and I's basement and has had 4 different plumbers out to fix a faucet in a garden sink with no success. Thankfully we had Coopers Plumbing come out. This experience was wonderful for them. Travis came out meet with my mom and the next day came and completely replaced the faucet. He completed the work wonderfully and did not over charge. My husband and I want to personally thank him for taking care of them. We will 100% use them for any further plumbing needs. Thank you
