Highly recommend!
They replaced all duct work in crawl space and added a mini split to an addition.
It was a 3 day job while still cold outside. Thought for sure we would not have heat for at least one of those days but they always made sure we had heat.
Each night they cleaned up before leaving!
The whole team was very polite and knowledgeable. Anytime they had to make changes to the plan they came straight to us and let us know what was going on and why it was best to do it that way.
I do not think you will find a better price anywhere else and have the job done right like they have done. They take great pride in what they do.
So happy we called them!
Will definitely be using them from now on.

Chosen Comfort is one of the best A/C & Heating companies. Forget Morris Jenkins or other "name" brands. Chosen Comfort takes care of their customers without lining their wallets. This is a fair and honest local company and veteran run!!

They came out to update our duct system since our remodel. They have come out and updated our A/C. And just like the other guys they come every 6 months to check up on the heater (before autumn) and A/C (before spring) unit for an affordable price. I've subscribed to their annual plan and it's worth it.

James visited today for a service call on our AC unit. I’d like to commend both him and Chosen Comfort for their professionalism and customer service.

He spent a fair amount of time analyzing the two units and then, spent just as much explaining what’s required to make sure we had a clear understanding of our situation.

During the discussion It became evident that in the (not too distant) future we will need to prepare for new units to be installed. This did not come as a total surprise but, James not only helped us put together a plan for an immediate solution (temp. patch) but also a plan on when and how best to proceed with the replacement unit’s project.

Based on today’s visit I have no doubt the new unit(s) install will be seamless. I look forward to amending this review to include those systems & services once completed.

We have a service contract with Chosen Comfort and we have always been very happy with their service. On Sunday night, I called them to leave a message about a leak we noticed from the pipes on our AC system in the attic. The owner called me back immediately - even though it was a Sunday night and scheduled us for a tech to come out the next day! Buddy came today and went above and beyond to address our concerns. In spite of the excessively high heat, he
corrected prior insulation issues from a different contractor that could have caused a larger problem for us and patiently explained everything to us. We continue to highly recommend Chosen Comfort. A++++++++++
