They were able to schedule me quickly for a water heater repair, arrived early, completed the warranty inquiry with the manufacturer and get everything done in a very reasonable amount if time the same day. Their plumber Josh Laney is a very personable and knowledgeable young man. I will definitely call Best Rate again for any plumbing needs. Oh, and their pricing was exceptionally good compared to our first estimate.

I filled out a service request online and was contacted in less than 24 hours. The contact confirmed my appointment and checked 2 days in advance, the day prior, and the day of my appointment. Justice serviced our home this afternoon. He assessed the work that needed to be done and got right to work! He was pleasant, friendly, and worked quickly. He was in an out in less than an hour. We had our shower fixed and aerators replaced on our sinks. I will definitely be calling Best Rate plumbing again should we need more assistance. Do yourself a favor and call them!

Justice did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and prompt. He effectively communicated to me what the problem was, and replaced the well pump quickly. I am very thankful for the friendly service that I received.

Great service provided by Best Rate Plumbing, the tech arrived on time (10 minutes early) which was welcomed!
Tech, Justice, was through in diagnosing the problem, a ruptured bladder tank causing to intermittent water pressure. He had all the right tools and a tank on hand ( I described the fluctuating pressure and thought it was the well pump) but Justice had brought a new and better tank than the one that ruptured after just 5 years.
From the call taker to the call to remind of arrival and completion of the task, all were very professional, friendly, and polite!

I called five places. Some were automated. Others had receptionists who were unable to answer my questions. Best Rate plumbing was answered by Jeff who had serviced my well and hot water heater before. He not only answered questions but came out the same day. The next day the new system was installed in one day.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I was given all the details (including price) of what was happening at the house. Once the job was done he showed me what the issue was, what was done to fix it and also what the next steps I need it to take in the future if the problem I was having arise again. Also I was given an appointment the day after I made my initial phone call.

Josh was perfect- He was out at Mom’s house the very next day and listened to all her concerns. He looked everything over, explained what he found, and then immediately fixed everything that she wanted done. No mess, no fuss, no problem. Plus he was super friendly and caring; it was like having family in the house. I would call him every time and recommend him to all my family and friends, no hesitation.

The whole team did great and this was a smooth experience from start to finish. My well stopped and Robby Cope was there the next day after speaking with him. He did an amazing job getting me water. Not only did we having running water again but my water pressure increase dramatically. Best Rate is a great company and they are experts with 2 inch wells. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Did the Job but overpriced and not environmentally friendly. Instead of repacking the vales they replaced them. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially to senior citizens. They put you over a barrel by changing a fee jut to come out and if you don't like the price, you are out $115.00. Very deceptive business.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond to fix our broken water main line. Highly recommend.
