257$ to use a plunger to unclog one toilet. I was told by the office assistant that she would send me a estimated quote before services were rendered. I am out of town and my brother who is house sitting is disabled. Well they showed up, unclogged it with a plunger, and sent me a bill via email for 257$ before I ever got a heads up on minimal service call charges. When I texted Landon asking if that was the correct price could he take some off because that price seems very high to unclog a toilet using a plunger (no snaking required) He called and told me he wasn’t running a charity. I would have gave more stars for the promptness of service but him getting defensive the moment I called out the extremely high price he gets a 1. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am out of town on the road. If I would have only known the minimal service call price I would have waited.
Very disappointed.

Landen was great to work with and provided details on his plan of action each step of the way. I've already talked with him about phase 2 of my project list and hope to get that started in July. Highly recommend Landen if you need handyman type of work.

I used Wagener Handyman Services for the removal of a porcelain pedestal sink and the installation of a new bathroom vanity. I am so happy with the services and the results. Our vanity looks awesome and the entire process was seamless from the first moment I contacted them. They were responsive, on time, courteous, cleaned up properly, and very reasonably priced. Landen went beyond normal work hours to install a bathroom grab bar on Thanksgiving eve so my disabled mother-in-law could visit us for Thanksgiving. His work is done expertly and professionally. I recommend his services highly and will use his services again.

I contacted Wagener Handyman Services because they were highly-rated/well-reviewed, and after contracting with them to install our storm door, I can assure you the reviews were not inflated!

Dylan Petro of WHS arrived right on-time the date of the scheduled install. Shortly thereafter, Landen Wagener showed-up at our house. Dylan was still in-training, so Landen instructed, but also took the lead, as needed, during the installation.

Initially, the new storm door was hung quickly, but once installed, Landen noticed a gap on the left side. The door was removed and shims were added to the right side of the door frame to close the gap. Landen continued his adjustments until the door was working properly - opening, closing, and locking, smoothly. Landen even double-checked his work to ensure that it met my standards, which it did!

Once the storm door was installed, Dylan cleaned-up the porch area and removed the packing material from the new storm door. The old storm door was loaded in his truck for disposal, and my wife and I were left with an expertly-installed new storm door!

It is worth mentioning that we had purchased our new storm door 14 months ago. I had reached out to two other installers about installing the storm door, and while I had gotten commitments from both, after repeated contacts to get them onsite, neither one ever showed-up. Landen Wagener was in communication from the time I submitted my request for a quote to hang our new storm door, until the completion of the install.

The attention to detail, and the quality of the work done by Wagener Handyman Services, indicated to me that Landen Wagener works hard to maintain his reputation, and that reputation is well-deserved!

Landen went above and beyond to get our light fixtures hung up! We were missing a part and he went to the store 20 mins away to get the needed part! He
is always so professional-cleans up and is very friendly! We have used him for other jobs around our house 3-4 times and we highly recommend him!

Landen replaced a stove vent cover and helped unclog the gutter over our deck. He was polite and personable and did a great job! I will definitely call him again when I need a handyman.

Wagener installed a 158 inch custom curtain rod and related curtains. He had to make adjustments to one end of the rod due to the rods curvature so that the curtain closed properly. He spent extra time to install due to the unexpected adjustment but didn't want to receive extra payment (but we did anyway). We will be adding him to our community vendor list. He also does painting and the other numerous projects one would expect from a handyman. We told him we'd be back in touch after the new year for some additional work.

Landon and his team were a pleasure to work with. I will be using him in the future. He was professional, efficient and completed several jobs for me in a timely manner (and with a great price). He painted a room and my cabinets, whitewashed my fireplace, changed out my sinks and hung a chair. I couldn’t reccomend him more!

Landon and Christina were Awesome!!! I called to have a desk assembled, he called me back and came the next day. Very reasonable, quick, friendly and polite! I already have plans for them to come back for more jobs. I see why they have raving reviews. You will not be disappointed!

From the moment Landen responded to my text, I knew that he would be the one. I needed someone to assemble my cabinets and move a few
things for me. He accomplished that. I had become accustomed to workers not showing up or being late. He was on time as well as neat and particular in accomplishing his goal. His pricing was the most reasonable. Days before his appointment, I had a list of things to be done other than what I told Landen initially. I went over the list with Landen when he arrived and he guided me through everything. His focus was not on what I was requesting him to do, but the best route to go so I could meet my objective. And, this made it financially beneficial to me. We went over everything I would need. He took care of the ordering. He has contacted me to let me know my order is complete and has an appointment to come back. There will be a part 2 to my post.

Excellent service!. We requested a fan install for our patio. They were able to come out same day, yes same day!. Landon was profession, respectful of my home and punctual to the min. I would very much recommend Wagerner Handyman Service base on this experience. The fan looks great and I dont have a mess to clean up.

5 stars across the board! Landon is passionate about his work, and happens to be very efficient. He responded to an inquiry we put out on FB, and was here the next day. We had him over to put together a tv stand, and he had it finished in roughly 45 minutes. We’ll be using him again here soon to help with our dresser! Very personable!!!

I needed a piece of siding repaired and a fence post repaired. Landon did an amazing job with both. Very reasonable rates and high quality work. I’m sure he worked much longer than expected on the stubborn fence post but stuck with the original quote. I will be using his services again!

Wow...I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Landen redid our living room for us and we couldn’t be more pleased! Super professional and really took pride in his work. He mounted our TV to the wall and hung several pictures and curtains. He is very precise and made sure I was happy with the placement/layout of everything.
