Great first time experience with Charleston Heating and Air. Taylor was great about getting us on the calendar within 24 hours and John (tech) was able to diagnose and fix the issue within minutes of arriving. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the prompt service, the technician, Dustin, was very knowledgeable and professional. Called them at the last minute after ARS did not commit to their 5 hour arrival window and were very unprofessional on the phone. So, I picked up a marketing letter received a year ago by the previous homeownership and called Meghan, the Marketing Manager, at 5pm on a Friday. She was awesome and got me set up with an appointment the next morning. Everything she said would happen, happened! Highly recommend!!

Mike Bullock is an outstanding customer facing employee. The call was scheduled for tomorrow, but he called and said he could come out today to figure out why we were not getting cool air. Not only did he systematically take me through how he diagnoses the problem, but did it all with a wonderful disposition and a PRO attitude. Result: Problem solved and a Very Happy Customer! Thank you! Once again, you guys hit a home run!

I was able to get service the same day I called. Troy was prompt, professional & pleasant. He was able to diagnose & fix the problem w/in an hour and didn’t cost nearly as much as I’d feared. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend.

Charleston heating and air had great service. From answering the phone and answering questions and scheduling appointments to the work that was done on my home. They were always efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them and I’ll definitely use them again!

Buyer beware. Charleston Heating and Air is extremely expensive and will take advantage of uninformed consumers. I called them to diagnose a non working condensation pump for a mini split AC unit. For $89 a service tech came out to the house and confirmed by finding. I accept the service call fee as reasonable. To replace the pump they wanted to charge me $807 which they discounted from $955. They told me the part cost $207 and $600 for labor. We are talking about a part that just needs to be snapped in place and wired to a power panel (two screws) and connect the two discharge tubes. A trained technician should be able to replace in 20-30 minutes. I went online and purchased the exact replacement pump from Amazon for $134 delivered the next day. I gave Charleston Heat & Air a chance because they have consistently called me year after year soliciting my business and reviews looked good but did say they are more expensive. I didn't expect to be victimized by an unscrupulous operation.

I purchased a system for Charleston Heating and Air a few years ago and it has worked great. I get regular service, and their technician JT has been a big help and has explained how to keep the system in good shape.

Overall, I they've been great throughout the process of replacing a unit and servicing it over the past few years.

We just bought a used home last week and didn't realize there were issues with the ductwork and the outside line, even after paying for a home inspection. Panicked, we were referred to Charleston Heating & Air and were extremely pleased to get prompt attention. Dillon did all the work quickly and professionally. Telemarketer was pleasant on the phone and I agreed to have my home HVAC maintained for a year by this company. She was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. I later received another call from the company to confirm that I was still good for an appointment the next day. Finally, on the day of my service, I received a call from the technician, Brandon, who said he was on his way. The call was at 4:05pm. Brandon was very polite and extremely professional throughout the service call. When he was done, he explained everything he had completed and the results he noted. I paid him with a credit card (for which I was immediately emailed a receipt), and he left my home. I will continue to use this company (Charleston Heating and Air) as long as they continue to handle everything in such a professional manner.

I have been pleased with the work that Charleston Heating + Air have done at my house. Today Brian came to check the systems as part of our preventative maintenance contract, and did a fine job. I'm always grateful when I get a technician who is friendly, has experience , and knows what he's doing!

Ray was our technician and he was wonderful. Even though our AC unit quit working on a Sunday, response time was prompt and it did not take him long to fix the unit. I was very pleased with Charleston Heating & Air and will continue to use them in the future.

SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After calling about 10 companies, Charleston Heating & Air were the only ones who had a technician available to come out that day. I immediately received both a text and email assuring me I was on the list, and encouraging me to go about my day, not wait around for them -- as they would work around me! I got a 2nd text updating me on expected times, then a phone call when the technician was an hour away. BONUS: they texted me a photo, name, and short bio on who was coming to my home. Our technician, Dustin, was professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. We are SO thrilled with our experience with this fantastic company and have already recommended them to others.
