BEWARE!!! Owner ignores you when you send pictures to show her all the areas that her cleaning crew missed (they were there cleaning for almost 5 hours and I was being charged hourly btw) my house wasn't even a big house, it's average size!

Very satisfied! The crew of 3 worked quickly and thoroughly. The house smells good and the floors and furniture are shining!

These guys are the best. They are not the cheapest, but are the best we have found and did an amazing job and our carpets look like new. Also, is is a husband and wife team that we really trusted, so you can as well. They took their time and did not try to rush the process or their cleaning.

Shane did an excellent job not only cleaning our carpet, but also two large rugs and two living room chairs. The carpet looks better than the day we moved in and the chairs look new. Fiber Tec has definitely earned repeat business with us.

This team was truly awesome - being pregnant and needing some help with the carpets was a seamless and quick experience that ultimately brought the life back to the muddy dog paw carpets! Thank you guys and added yall to my list to come back annually :)

My Carpet Looks Amazing / Like New! I Highly recommend Fiber Tec. Very professional and just did an absolutely amazing job. I had deep black stains and colored stains in some rooms and it's all gone! I have had other "professional" cleaners that had tried before Fiber Tec and they didn't come close to the level of clean I got with Fiber Tec. Pricing is great too.

My wife and I are having our first born in January 2021 and needed to get all of the carpet cleaned in our home. They did an unbelievable job! Our house looks brand new and we will definitely use this company again in the future. Very friendly people and amazing customer service.

After calling several different companies to clean our sectional sofa we decided on Fiber Tech. Set up the appointment. Got a text before they arrived. Very, very friendly and professional. Shane and Jennifer (husband and wife) came in an got straight to work. Exposing the process and answering our question while continually work on our huge sofa, 11 cushions and 15 pillows.
We initially called due to a stain the size of your hand. And as you can see in the attached photo it was soloed more than we thought. Actually embarrassed because we have only had this sofa for a few months. Shave explained how oils from our skin, pets etc can soil upholstery and carpet quickly. Like I said both he and his wife are very knowledgeable.
Jennifer treat out sofa as her own. Getting everything spot treated as she helped Shane. I’m not easily impressed but these two highly impressed. This is a family company that works around and with your schedule. They were in and out as soon as they could and without leaving a set mess or chemical smells. We will not use anyone else. We have but never seen a company that again treats your home as their own. Put protection over our hardwoods floors for protection. Went over and over to ensure every square inch of the sofa and ottoman were cleaned. Very trustworthy. Did exactly what they said they would do and more. You may find another company cheaper? But like I said we’ve used several in the area. Never had such satisfying work as we did with Fiber Tech. I rarely do reviews but if you are looking for the actual best in upholstery and carpet cleaning get in touch with Fiber Tech. If you don’t you’re getting second best. They added a protectant as well. Most importantly my wife loved the outcome. Happy Wife, Happy Life guys. Call talk to Peggy and get it done quick, easy and right. No hassles, no worries. Love it!

Fiber Tec Services did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our couch. Not only were their services great but they are wonderful people. I felt they truly cared about providing us the best customized service for us and not just a general service. I will use them for any cleaning needs in the future.

My job was an upholstery job - after posting my 1 star review Jen reached out directly and wanted to schedule a call for education purposes. Prior to the call she sent me an email updating me on the limitations of the technology they use as well as the limitations to what can be done with upholstery - I wish I was sent this email prior to hiring them. Again, Peggy/Jen/Shane can carry good conversation - however, when it comes to upholstery I needed to hire another company to do what I (falsely) assumed Fiber Tec Services LLC could do - such a pretreating and deep cleaning the upholstery. I recommend Fiber Tec Services LLC for light upholstery work - but if you need detailed upholstery cleaning I recommend Clean Free Carpet Cleaning. This way you don't have to hire another company to clean up after Fiber Tec Services LLC.

"Peggy/Jen/Shane can carry good conversation however Fiber Tec Services LLC was hired for furniture cleaning across several pieces.

The main bedroom mattress cleaned seems to have been cleaned sufficiently by Fiber Tec Services LLC (even though the cleaning was single layer swipes instead of swiping each area a second time after the first time to ensure a given spot cleaned was thoroughly cleaned) as there is no longer any minor allergic respiratory reaction (such as nasal passages getting a bit stopped up and having to breathe through the mouth) due to using the main bedroom mattress piece of furniture.

However, when using the sofa and being close to the sofa cushions (such as laying on the sofa cushions) on the same floor as the main bedroom mattress causes similar allergic reaction prior to hiring Fiber Tec Services LLC. I’m guessing either the sofa cushions were not cleaned thoroughly (not cleaned on both sides and/or were not cleaned 360 degrees around the sofa cushions thereby missing all 6 surfaces of a sofa cushion) OR the allergen exposure and then subsequent mold treatment I had done to the house about a year ago was so deep that the single swipes Fiber Tec Services LLC did were not sufficient. To the credit of Fiber Tec Services LLC, prior to the arrival of Fiber Tec Services LLC my furniture looks like new (no biological fluids such as vomit, blood, fecal, urine) so it may have not been obvious that Fiber Tec Services LLC should do more than single layer swipes to ensure a given spot cleaned was thoroughly cleaned as is probably necessary for the more fabric intensive pieces of furniture (such as a sectional sofas compared to mattresses) to be completely cleaned of allergens.

Fiber Tec Services LLC had mentioned more than once that they are not the cheapest and that essentially their reviews attest to the quality of their work - Fiber Tec Services LLC is the first upholstery cleaning company I’ve ever hired and I hoped going the “premium” option would solve for all the furniture cleaning needs the first appointment so that I could hire them again on a yearly basis for regular furniture cleaning. Unfortunately, it seems like I need a more thorough cleaning to my sofas and particularly my sofa cushions to ensure deep cleaning to all 6 surfaces of each sofa cushion for all pieces of the sectional. Maybe I’m particularly sensitive to allergens which is why I tried to go the “premium” route; maybe most other customers aren’t sensitive to allergens to be able to test how thoroughly cleaned a given piece of furniture has been cleaned by using the furniture after an upholstery cleaning appointment; maybe because there were no biological fluids involved Fiber Tec Services LLC only did single swipes across furniture surfaces instead of doing at least two swipes (which I’d guess Fiber Tec Services LLC would’ve done if there were biological fluids such as blood, urine, vomit, and/or fecal)."

My dog peed on our couch in 5 places while we were out of town. Since it had really set in, I knew I would need a professional to use an enzyme cleaner on it. This was the first place I called and I was actually going to just get a quote. But, the lady I spoke with on the phone was so sweet and nice that I decided to use Fiber Tec. I was a little nervous about leaving my key and letting them in my house while I was at work but for no reason. They texted me when they got to my house and when they left. My couch is like brand new, you can't smell any urine at all. And they were nice enough to turn on my fan in the living room when they left so it would dry. I also had them clean my loving room area rug. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Edit: The lady on the phone told my dog might have a urinary tract problem. As a first time dog owner, I was unaware. She was right, he had diabetes and since then, has unfortunately passed. I would have not known right away to take him to the vet if it wasn't for her though.

Shane came early, did an amazing job and left the house so clean & fresh smelling! He got a stain out of my couch cushion that I thought was going to be there forever! My carpets have never been this clean! I would highly recommend using Shane!
