Dishonest. Price was more than double other quotes I got and when I said I was getting other quotes, they started reducing their number and asking how much I wanted to pay. Just be honest and price it fairly up front.

Jack is the right person if you want the job done right. He is very polite, professional, and has a wealth of experience in this field. Within minutes, his hard work and persistence helped identify the root cause of our main sewer line clog. He used a camera to inspect the pipe, found roots blocking the line, removed them, and double-checked with the camera to confirm everything was cleared.
Jack also went the extra mile by tracking the pipe to the main sewer connection, pinpointing exactly where the compromised section needs replacement. He explained the situation clearly, walked me through the next steps, and provided a plan moving forward.
I truly appreciate his expertise and professionalism, and I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
