Came in today to try and find a fitting to go on my toilet. The two guys behind the counter could care less. They had no interest in helping me in any way, shape or form. Don’t waste your time going here go somewhere else.

Had a sump pump go bad, they came out and diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes, informed me I needed a new pump and it would be $1,300.00. I paid the $125 service call for 15 minutes and googled the pump. I ordered the pump for $325.00 and installed it my self in 1 hr and I am no plumber. I had to re do some things 3 and 4 times. They could have installed it in less than 1/2 hr. That is almost $1,000 hr to install this pump??????????? I am sure they do good work but open your wallet.

I purchased a water filtration system from here. The service was great! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and helped me get the best system for my needs. Thank you guys. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Jen was incredible helping me today! She was very kind, educated about products and even emailed me the product numbers and product I needed. Definitely will always go to Ferguson when I have plumbing problems.

Worst store ever. Ladyvworking in store was rude, acted like I was bothering her by wanting to buy a water heater. She came out from the back and said heater was at a bay door with out even looking at me, like I was taking up 2 much of her time. Never will shop here again.

Called @ 8:15 am to check on an order. I was told (By a Recording) that "All associates were busy helping other customers" and to leave a name and number and someone would call me back. It's now 12:10 am and still no call back!

The guys called me when they were on their way, showed up early which is how I was raised, early is on time , on time is late, and late is unacceptable! These guys who brought me my water heater to Fort Mill SC were friendly and sooooooo helpful. They went above the beyond. They had a special dolly to climb stairs and with a 850lbs EMPTY these guys saved my life I'm so glad they were here thank you so much. I'm sorry I am terrible with names but I can't thank you guys enough! Who ever the boss is for these guys they deserve a huge raise
