Was told on friday that would be at my home between 9 and 10am next day. It's now 11:16 am. No answers at any of the numbers on line. Recording states 24 hour service and messages checked often. However mail box is full. I called Best Rate out of Chester. They were very helpful and are on way. I recommend not using this company if you have an emergency.

My well shut down last night around 6 PM. I called around 7PM. In a little over an hour a crew arrived. They made a quick assessment and made the repairs in a timely manor. I highly recommend this company!

John came out and fixed the problem we had quickly, we had water in no time. He gave us a few options an ways to fix the problem an the different costs. It's nice to see there's still a company out there that gives the customers all the options for their problem they're having, so the customer can pick what's best for them an their budget. We'll definitely use this company again!

Well went out on a Saturday night. John answered the call at 9:30pm. He came over on Sunday. when he arrived I had the pump out. Within 1 minute he spotted a broken wire. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation. Back up and running in less than 24 hours. Excellent service. Great guy. Would highly recommend for anything related to wells.

John is great! He originally replaced my pump a few months ago and did a very professional job. After this week's deep freeze, I thought my pump was ruined. I was without water. John came out right away. After some troubleshooting, he found the issue was just a faulty switch, and he fixed it. I am very happy with his work and his honesty.
