Schneider did a great job of being on time. They also were very efficient and worked diligently on trimming the tree and cleaning up. My only point of contention is the amount of trimming done. My suggestion to prospective clients is to have the estimator take a picture And then together with him mark it up to make sure both of you are clear on what will be cut. Handwaving and saying we’re gonna cut over here and over here didn’t really work out for me.

The crew members were punctual and very polite. Jay and the lead crew member Cory took time to review the scope of the job with me. They seemed sincere in ensuring I was pleased with the completion of their work. I feel Schneider Tree Care did a good job.

This company has never disappointed me. They came out to apply nutrient's, etc. for my trees and shrubs. They sprayed this past spring and my Magnolia tree and blooming shrubs bloomed so gorgeous this past summer. I have been so pleased with their work. I recommend them to everyone who I talk

Outstanding work and clean up ! Had 6 trees (all different shapes and sizes) that had not been pruned in many years it seemed and now they look awesome and best of all, the sunlight is now pouring into our yard and flower beds.

Schneider pruned our 15-yar-old oak and also did some fertilizing and treatment. We were quite happy with the work.

After a terrible experience with another tree company, we called Schneider Tree Care. Kris Monroe came out to assess. He was very nice and gave us a reasonable price for such a large project. The removal crew was amazing and professional. This was a huge (over 100 feet tall) sycamore that was over our house and garage. It had some very large dead areas in it that were going to be unpredictable during the removal. Michael and Ray were incredibly cautious, even consulting with their safety guy, Omar, on the trickier branches. Everything landed exactly where they planned for it to land. Not one branch or limb hit our roof. Jackson and Chad were great as well, assisting with ropes and leaving everything neat and clean. After two full days of a removal, we now have a beautiful historic stump that I plan to preserve. Michael even used a level to get it perfect for us. Can't thank them enough for such a great job! The three-man crew today couldn't have been more kind, considerate and thorough. They did such a fantastic job. We could not even tell anybody had been in the front or the backyard after they were finished. Considering the amount of work they had done, that is amazing. These guys are true experts! They cut down 130 foot oak tree for me , lowered down every branch with precision and great care. The stump was 6 feet in diameter, the guy pulled up with the largest stump grinder. I have ever seen, told me he would have it ground in 20 minutes……. And he did, ground down well below the surface of the ground.

My father’s house was hit by a four story white oak tree in his back yard during the storm Tuesday night! The tree, estimated to be 35,000 pounds, struck the center of the house! Schneider Tree Care came out early Wednesday morning! The went to work immediately! Brent Patrick, Arborist, was such an amazing comfort! His team came out and I can not brag enough about the amazing work we witnessed! Tony, Shawn, and Kevin worked especially hard for two days removing this massive tree. They were extra kind to my parents and took excellent care of their yard as they worked. When finished, they cleaned up everything!!! Such a miracle! I would RECOMMEND them any time. The professional job and the emotional support they gave my family was priceless!! Thank you guys for everything! You made a very difficult time for the 80 year old parents less stressful! You’re the best!

Just watched TWO of their trucks (one with trailer) on Rutherford road around where it meets Tanner blow through a completely red light so that they could turn left across active traffic. If you can't follow basic traffic laws perhaps you shouldn't be driving

In the midst of cell outages and spotty coverage immediately after Hurricane Helene hit, Levi at Schneider responded to my request immediately. The crew was here the next day to get the trees off my house. So thankful for their quick deployment during this crazy time!

It was such a pleasure to work with this company through our large and difficult project taking out numerous and ENORMOUS trees encroaching on our house. They communicated well with us, took great care in working around our septic system, and ensuring no debris hit the house. We were very happy with the quality of this team. We would not hesitate to seek out their services again for any future tree care needs. (We opted to not haul away logs and they piled them together out of the way for us).

Their agent showed up and we discussed a tree removal. He came up with a plan and sent me a quote exactly as discussed. They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would do. No excuse's, no change of plans, no surprise's. Very professional. Great company!
